You brought more pain then you think

I wish I was strong enough without you

Without my ashes and mistakes, I would not be me and would not have made those mistakes that made me

I am a flame that can't be put out

My flames are made from pain, hurt, love, mistakes, problems, and understanding

I have walked through hell more than anyone knows

I have burned everything that mattered

I am starting a new chapter

My past will not change

My life would not change if I linger on the past I must move on

I am still going to have stains from my ashes

Just shows that I have been on fire

But just because a fire has been put out does not mean that it can not burn again

My ashes made me who I am

I am who I am because of my ashes

You can't keep making a fire with only ashes
You need to add a log and start the flame when ready to tame it
