ZOMBIE

This dark road gave me a sight of thrill.
I started to walk quietly with the chill.

In this path, I couldn't find any traces.
It made me lost into different places.

I could feel electricity in the ground,
crawling my skin with current sounds.

My entire world started revolving.
Your presence made my heart beating.

I cried recklessly into a flood of tears,
trying to get close to you without fear.

You completely become a cold monster.
It's squeezing my 'fragile soul' faster.

I hope I could find the most safest cure.
It's hard to search it like a rare treasure.

I won't ever let go your weakest hold.
I'll stay beside you in this bitter cold.

I softly sang you the sweetest lullaby,
hoping this is not our last goodbye.

I sincerely wished this from the skies.
It made me drowned in your tragic eyes.

Because I'm part of your humble home.
Embracing your arms like a lost poem.

My feelings for you was left unsaid,
seeing your tired face is now dead.

A/N : I write this idea for my poem because I watch some tearjerker movies with a zombie apocalypse.

I found it very sad and heartbreaking at the same time. It touches my heart, making me cry lightly. ( sorry for this one, because it is true)
