CHASING FIRE 🔥

I could feel the burn in my chest
These past nights you didn't let me rest

In my system, I felt the queer sensation
Down to my lips there's was a temptation

When our bodies are close together
There's always a fountain of ember

Your kiss conducts an electric flow
Slowly vibrating me from head to toe

I felt so lost by your drunken eyes
Leading me to a unknown paradise

I broke down when you said goodbye
Flooding myself with an reckless cry

I drove in the middle of the night
What I'd done before wasn't right

To push you away was a mistake
I know in life there's no second take

I searched a quiet place for me to lay
Under these stars for I was feeling gray

I was trapped in the jar of tragic
Feeling empty without your feiry magic

Your touch could only keep me alive
For sadness couldn't help me revive

Oh how I missed our sweet memories
Haunting me along with sad melodies

Your mark in my heart would remain
Every day I couldn't erase your name

I felt so cold without your flaming love
Draining me with tons of pain above

In my brain, your smile plastered forever
Crushing my insides with an icy splinter

Darling you're my potion of desire
In these streets, I kept chasing fire
