I count the days
Months and months have gone by
I keep your side of the bed
Empty and neat,
Just how you would've left it

You took on that task
Of saving the US of A
You brave and handsome man
Yet you will come back

A few more months

Well if you need a quick synopsis on the poem it speaks about the couple separated by war. The man entered the war zone and was of the lucky ones to come home. It is a rather tragic experience to go through when you or your loved ones fight for the country they live and the country cannot help the ones who come back with challenges. I support the army, military, navy, united forces. So when you read this I hope that at the end you think of your loved ones who are away or back for the short time, and let them know you love them and tell them you expect them to come home.
