A Special Month

Squashed between two showy seasons

A fleeting November has its reasons

The brilliant display of Nature's Fall

And the chilling threat of Winter's call

Yet November still has much to say

The eleventh is Remembrance Day

As well as another we must keep living

The celebration of Thanksgiving

And though between two seasons meeting

November may just not be fleeting
