There is a tree in our woods
That is connected to another.
A vine, intertwines 2 branches together
They stand, peacefully.
The trees will tug, and pull away,
During storms
Yet still they stand, still they stay
What if one branch was to break, or pull away?
What would happen to the connecting vine?
Would it stretch to hold on to both?
Would it snap, partially entwined to both?
Or would it let the branch fall?
What would truly happen,
To that
