For me this poem has always been about the importance of not blocking out your feelings, of talking things out with someone you trust, of loving your soul and of taking good care of your heart! I don't have much else to say about the matter because the poem says it all I hope :) thank you for reading and I hope that you enjoy <3

There's nothing quite like when you first realize That feeling is freeing your way to the skies,

It's freeing to know when you feel every part of every emotion that walks through your heart,

A light follows you and another is guiding and when you and the two meet there's no need to be hiding,

You are free, you see, if only you'd step Into all emotions and treat them with respect,

Like you would do a friend, or someone who is down give all emotions your love and freedom you have found.
