Life ( xVivasx)
Life
We're born
We enter into a seemingly extravagant world.
In the beginning, we have people,
People who nurture us - people who care for us.
Then we get older.
We maintain most of our optimism,
But we begin to see the world as it is.
The people who cared for us are still there,
But we must begin learning how to care for ourselves.
Then we get even older.
Now we must choose, is the glass half empty?
Half full?
Or is the glass just there,
Taunting us with the nonexistence of definity.
People come and go, but life goes on.
Now we must learn to care for others,
The others who choose to stay of course.
Then the end creeps nearer.
Our once silky, innocent, skin begins to crease.
By now we've experienced most of life.
Some of us try to cling on to memmories,
Attempt to ease the pain of termination.
Some of us deny our fate.
Some of us welcome death.
Ahh, we've reached it,
Death.
Our breathe begins to stagger,
Our pulse begins to fade.
Then, we just stop living.
Our once working bodies become empty vesseles.
We no longer experience Earth,
We're indifferent.
We have no one.
We're dead.
