Artemis walked through the mountain, but stopped when she heard her teammate's voices. "I don't think she's worth it." That was Kid Flash, or Wally. She knew he didn't like her, but what the hell? "Wally, I know she's related to several villains, but come on! She's proven her worth several times over. We shouldn't let her go." Zatanna argued back. "Still, it's weird." Zatanna sighed. "We should come to a decision. All for keeping Artemis on the team?" Kaldur asked. It went silent for a few moments. "All for making Artemis leave?" Again it went silent. "That settles that. Who's gonna tell her?" Robin asked. "You don't have to tell me. I already know." Artemis said as she walked into the kitchen, tears in her eyes.

   The rest of the team stared at her in shock. "Artemis-" M'gann pleaded. "No. I won't stay where I'm not wanted." Artemis snapped as she left to pack up her things. "Great. Now what? We don't have an archer, and Roy won't join." Zatanna snapped at KF. "Don't look at me!" He shouted. "This is your fault!" Zatanna shouted back. "I'm gonna try to convince her to stay, and you better stop being an asshole to her if she does!" Artemis heard footsteps and soon, a knock on her door.

   "Come in." Artemis responded. Zatanna opened the door to see Artemis surrounded by arrows, a few clothing items, a first aid kit, and some books. "Artemis, I'm so sorry this happened." Zatanna started. "What's done is done, you can't change it." Artemis said. "Well, I want you to stay." Zatanna said. "I have a question." Artemis said. "What is it?" Artemis inhaled before asking, "How many and who wanted me off?" Zatanna looked down. "Wally, Robin, Connor, and Kaldur." Artemis stopped for a second. "Kaldur? Really?" She asked. "I don't know either. Please stay!" Zatanna begged. Artemis paused before continuing to pack. "I don't want to stay where I'm not wanted. I've been on my own before, I'll do it again." Zatanna's face fell. "I hope I can see you again." Zatanna said. Artemis smiled. "I hope so too." Artemis hugged her teammate before picking up her bags and walking out of the room. Zatanna watched as Artemis went through the Zeta tubes without looking back.
