A bunch of pepper fell on the script,

Which read 'Friends are forever',

Staining the pages of everlasting memories.

Birds of different shades we were,

Flocking together forging a rainbow,

In the charming palace called school.

Surrounded by strangers all around,

Carrying loads of books behind,

We tottered aimlessly in the grounds.

Sleeping during the active hours,

Paying little heed to teachers' classes,

We dreamt of fancy little nothings.

Locked up in the same dungeon,

Despising and violating rules,

We sneaked hatching troubles.

Laughing, fighting and teasing,

In the long run, we've transformed,

From strangers to best friends.

And forever was meant for us,

Blessing us with eternal peace,

Just like a drop of rain on a sunny day.
