I was wearing mask
I was stuck in the darkness
I was screaming in silence
I was haunted by my own mind
I was shattered glass
I was walking into walls
I was tripping on cracks in the road
I was falling off bridges and into voids
I was my own demon
Until I wasn't
I looked up and saw people who changed everything
They took my mask and told me to be me
They turned on the light
They told me they heard my silent screams
They told me to think of them when my mind starts haunting me
They put bandages over my shattered body
They told me to climb the walls instead of trying to break them
They told me to jump over the cracks in the road
They told me to hang onto the bridge and get myself back up
They told me I didn't have to be own demon anymore
They told me that I would be alright
Those people are One Direction
