SNAIL PAT

Snail Pat, has no glow

She can stop, but she can't go!

When she's walking through the streets,

With each step her energy depletes.

She can always linger longer,

And on life's woes she can ponder.

She's lost her zest and lost her vim,

Also lost 4lbs and looking trim!

So no situation is all negative,

We must still look for the positive.

Snail Pat's brains have turned to dust

and her rhyming skills have turned to rust.

Out come the stars, it's time for bed.

Snail Pat can now rest her weary head.

I had to write something funny to cheer myself

PS   I have lost a little weight as I have given

up chocolate and am more careful what I

eat due to my health scare.
