It slowly showed its beauty

The flower in full bloom

Such grace

Such poise

Such wonder

Across my living room

...

On the cold edge of winter

It came to say hello

Radiant. Bold. Brilliant

Such magic it bestows

...

It sits there in its glory

Right by the glass backdoor

...

Today it softly whispered

...

You keep me warm and cozy

You give me neon lights

You saved me from the winter

You treat me with such pride

My bloom is out of season

The lights are just not right

Sometimes I'm sad and lonely

No birds

No butterflies
