I can't wait till

I wake up each morning to see your bright eyes
which twinkle even more than the stars in the sky
and I'll hold you dear, close in my arms
and kiss you and hug you and hit the alarm

we'll prolong the start of the arriving day
too comfy and warm to leave our embrace
and maybe ten minutes later we'll get up
and drag ourselves to get dressed, eat some grub

we'll kiss goodbye and go to work
me, baking
you, forensics
and we'll text if we can throughout the day
prolly just on our lunch breaks
(tho I'll spam you as my cupcakes bake)

and we'll get home soon and cook some food
watch a show and snuggle as the sky grows dark, a total mood
and we'll fall asleep once again
as the stars twinkle

and

life will go on day by day
I'd never get tired of living that way
you're the best thing thats ever happened to me
and I just can't wait to grow up and see
all of the things we turn out to be
