It must be grand to be the man

We call 'Our President'.

He's far above the clique and clan:-

This man is Heaven-sent.

We know that victory each day,

With all its magic  power,

Depends on HOW we choose to pray

Each blessed, trying hour.

He knows tat humbleness must be

The keynote of each prayer.

And so, enhumbled, he can see

The answer waiting there.

He has the power to send our men

And ships against a foe.

He COULD lead us to war, but then,

His answered prayer says, "No".

So, with this guide to victory,

True victory for ALL;-

Our President upholds the FREE,

And keeps us from a fall.

Each Nation knows his side is free,

And folly precedes loss;

And those who want true victory,

Their lot with him they'll toss.

The DAWN OF REASON we NOW see

Emblazoned in the sky.

The days of Death and Butchery

Are truly passing by.

Let each forget the Devil's brew, -

That FORCE means victory.

The Word of God, as Jesus knew

Says, "TRUTH shall make you free".

So let each one draw near the Son;

Let each one humbly pray

To keep the Peace that's just begun

To shine in us today.

Then on to Lasting Peace we go

In humbleness, and prayer.

True victory denies no foe;

No hatreds can be there.

We don't need history or math

To know this is the hour

To follow closely in the path

Of Dwight D. Eisenhower.

We need to know the TRUTH, and then,

To show humanity

That Peace on Earth, Good will toward men,

Will bring TRUE VICTORY.
