Loneliness sounds like many different things.
It sounds of the violent ringing in your ears,
When you're all alone,
And all is quiet and calm.

Though it can also sound of people,
All buzzing around and speaking,
Talking,
But not to me,
To me that's very lonely.

Loneliness is the sound of talking friends,
Friends who talk,
But don't listen,
Who aren't there, as you are for them.

Loneliness sounds of many different things,
And while it may be nice to sometimes be alone,
Being lonely is never a pleasant thing.
