It is called sorrow.

Sorrow is the most difficult feeling.

It is painful, sad, long, depressing, and devastating.

You feel it during the toughest times.

You groan at the name.

You hate it.

You feel it often.

When you loose a loved one.

When your parents argue or divorce,

When your bullied or your child is bullied,

When you are abused,

When you are stabbed in the back.

When you are rejected.

Sorrow is painful.
