I can't see the stars
Too much man-made light
Too much ego within the atmosphere

I want to see them
Want to stare for hours
But I can't

So many
Yet I see only so few
I could leave and see all in the desert
But I can't leave all alone

Isn't it sad
He made them
Named them
For Us
And we blind ourselves to them

I want to see the stars
Don't you want to see them too
