Once, there was a dove
who looked to the sky.
That dove had a dream,
And its dream was to fly.

It tried and it tried,
Oh how hard that dove tried.
But no matter its effort,
That dove never could fly.

So it started to lose hope.
"Oh, I'll just never fly!"
Until another dove perched and asked the simple question,
"Why?"

"Why do you feel the need to give up?
Do you see the turtles and how slow they walk?
Or the fish in the sea that can't breathe like we?
What about humans who can't fly without machines?"

So the dove once again
Looked to the sky,
It whispered a thank you.
And soared through the sky.
