Days are passing by
As the wind blows you away
The sun shines through the day
Stars visible in the night sky
And the rain falls down the earth

The wind carried you
Creating distance between us
Your intoxicating scent
Its so faint right now
Indicating how long you have been gone

The rising sun in the morning
Shining another day without you
And I wait for darkness to come
Just to be done with today
With hope to find you tomorrow

Shining lovely at night
I wish to touch the star
But it is far from me
Out of reach of my outstretched hand
I thought you are near but yet so far

The clouds form in the sky
Soon the rain pours down
From the sky it reaches the earth
I admire the rains ability
It travel a long distance to reach the earth

So just like the rain
I will travel the long distance
And hold you in my arms
For I will let no wind take you away
Together we will flow the land
