Catching feelings

You say I still have feelings,
I just can say I am reeling.

I am moving on
And life also goes on.

I don't feel valued,
And very respected

I feel sad that you don't respect me,
And don't value my choice.

I made my choice,
And hope you hear my voice.

My heart is not broken,
As I have awoken.

I am worthy and love myself,
Which is why I put me on a higher shelf.

I respect my choice,
And finally raise my voice.

I deserve to be heard and listen too,
And for someone to woo me.

I will let you completely go,
And watch my seeds grow.

I know we met for a reason,
But know now it was meant to last a season.

My heart is unsure,
Hoping for me there's a cure.

It was right letting you leave,
As life is meant to continue

I will not text you again,
As it brings only pain.

I don't have feelings,
As I stare up at the ceiling.

I was not in love,
As it didn't make me feel free like a dove.
