So I thought I'd let y'all know, for the few readers I have that actually care. I'm going camping this week, and I'll be gone for three days. I know I said I was going to update one poem each day, so I thought I'd warn y'all in advance in case you started to wonder where the heck I'm at XD. Anyway, I won't be back 'til Wednesday, so you'll probably see me again by either then or Thursday. Depends on when I can get to my laptop.
So anyway, on to the more important stuff, this one is also based off of another character from Thomas Sanders. It's Roman this time. I think this one isn't that bad actually, but I guess we'll see.
I love sunsets.
They are the center of so many romantic scenes in some of the greatest movies.
Scenes I've fantasized about recreating.
I can just see myself with a special someone,
Sitting on a beach.
Our hands intertwined.
Our heads leaning against each other as we watched the sun slowly sink into the horizon.
I turn to face them and give them a dashing smile.
They return the smile, and suddenly they get this look in their eyes.
A questioning look, a look which I immediately answer yes to.
Our faces get closer, eyes closing ever so slowly.
Our breath mixing before our lips are gently pressed together in a sweet kiss.
But it will probably never happen.
The guy I like, my possible one true love, could never love someone as boisterous and uncool as me.
So I'll just sit here, all alone
Watching the sun set on any chance I may have of being with him.
Again, kind of relatable. But not because I love someone and all that craziness, just that I want love, or more someone to cuddle with, or tell me how awesome I am. So basically a boyfriend. I'm lonely. Yay. Anyway, enough of my sad loneliness, you probably don't even care, but thank you so much for reading anyway and I hope you're having a good day/night.
