Weeping Willow
A weeping willow is a crying tree
And so it was the perfect place for me
In a forest of evergreens
A weeping willow is a crying tree
A hiding tree, or a crying tree
A weeping willow is the place for me
In a forest of evergreens,
A weeping willow is a crying tree
The weeping willow is a hiding tree
When I’m feeling fragile and weak
A weeping willow is my hiding tree
A Place You Can Call Home
A feeling deep inside
When something feels so right
A feeling so warm
To carry wherever you go
A feeling when you know
That there's a place you can call home
A place where you can go
When you just need to know
That there's a place you can call home
A safe place;
A secret place;
A place you can call home
A Stormy Night
A stormy night,
Time to say goodbye,
To all the things that matter.
My thoughts are my own,
And I'll keep it that way,
Even if I'm dead on my feet.
Maybes
What do you think could happen, If people dared to ask,
Is this Fair? Is this True? Is this something we should do?
In a world of greed, Can you even see
Those who have nothing but give everything?
Those who will be, Richest in something other than money,
Those who have nothing but give everything
In the Rain
In the evening the twilight hour, the rain starts to fall, the heavens full of sorrow.
Shy at first, but now falling harder; the raindrops sing and dance, and the wind starts to howl. You wish on a star hidden by clouds, that the rain never stops and dances forever.
You wish you could live forever as well, that you had more time to fall under the spell.
S
adly you have but one night to make music with the rain.
You open up the door and slowly step outside, you’re soaked through in minutes but you don’t really mind.
You reach down deep inside, remembering the good times and the bad, and in rhythm with the rain you slowly start to cry.
You cry tears of joy, of moments forgotten.
You cry tears of sadness, of pain and loss.
You cry over the memories you long ago forgot.
And as two sets of tears dwindle to a stop, you find peace, free of your sorrow.
Unwilling To See

Who Doesn't Know
Who doesn't know, where the traveler goes;
When they want to be someone great?
First they look for fame, and find with a pain;
T
hat they looked in the wrong place.
Then they weep and woe, and where do they go?
That’s a story for another day.
Who doesn’t know, where the traveler goes;
When they can’t find find their fame?
Well they look at life, and say with great spite;
The whole world is to blame!
Oh it’s not right, but they say with great spite
The whole world is to blame!
Then they weep and woe, and where do they go?
That’s a story for another day.
In The Lord's House
In the Lord's house you find peace, as the choir sings his glory.
In the Lord's house your thoughts are clear as glass.
And whenever you play Hide-and-Seek
The Lord always wins, as he has already found you
And you can hide nothing from him.
No thoughts, no emotions, no worries, or sins
Are hidden from the Lord; and yet
You are invited to dine at his table,
To eat his bread and drink his wine.
And as you renew your connection with the Lord
He forgives your sins and gives you peace,
Peace to carry you through the week,
Until you see him again, next Sunday.
Love
Love shows that you care
Love is respect for someone
Love is always here
Right and Wrong
Light in the dark,
Dark in the light
What is wrong, and what is right?
Nothing You Can't Do
Faith and love
Trust is true
When you have these

here’s nothing you can’t do
Balance
A house with one pillar falls down
A house with four pillars stands it’s ground
Butterfly, tiptoe by
On a path to happiness.
Cleansing tears renew your soul
Finally you're feeling whole
Always there and never here
Year after, year after,year
Tiny mustard seed
Grows into a big tree
Crystal white a snowy light.
Strength
Up and down and all around not stoppin’ till I hit the ground.
The fight has started there’s no turning back now.
All that has been given to me all these wonderful opportunities.
What of the people not so blessed? If every person did a little bit.
We could change the world. But until everyone gets out,
Of their own head. I’ll have to do a bigger part.
To change the world we live in. The world is so big and I’m so small,
How can I possibly change it all? Live your life to the fullest
Find somethin’ to change and make a difference
Fighting
Colors blending;
Never surrendering;
Fighting the fight of life;
F
ighting for what’s right.
History
History shows, history knows
Where we were and where we’ll be
Wars from past are fought again
A
lliances break and form
Fairytales
Fairytale endings it doesn’t seem
Can happen to either you or me
Princesses, Kings and Queens,
Happily Ever Afters can never be
Diamond trees and golden leaves
All things that shall never be
Dragons and griffins dance through the skies
Why do these creatures we despise?
Wanting
One with the nature that is singing to me,
Telling a story that’s ever so sweet,
Of a world where there’s no greed,
And everyone had everything they could ever need
Could we work together to make it so?
Or is it a place we can never go
My Mask
Wearing a mask so you think I'm all right
But I'm weeping, weeping into the night
Walling myself in so no one's the gain
B
ut is there anyone I can tell that I'm in pain?
An Abstract Reality
An abstract reality
Caught in a waking dream
Starlight in the day
A shining moon while you play
A looking glass through which you leap
Magic pooling at your feet
The sun sings you a lullaby
While counting sheep count you by
The clock looks back while you leap ahead
The rabbit hole snuggles in your bed
The hearts of the queen say on with your head
Green to red and blue to pink
Simply no time to stop and think
History rewrites itself pen flowing through ink
Athletes are scholars teaching books their abcs
Now the cookbook to the oven reads
Flower bleached of all their color stop to sing to me
A knight in shining armor sweeps a horse off its feet
While a damsel in distress performs heroic deeds
Save the night away with the day
Cows do baa and sheep say neigh
Lemon days a treat I make
A sour day to sleep away
Pandas munch on leaves all day
While elephant joeys play play play
Waves and lines connect and meet
Enjoying an inedible treat
Showing pride a lion pride
Had cheetah spies dance inside
Half a scoop and two in one
Grandpa says when I was young
We danced all day in a blue sun
Sands of time are black waves becoming white
Values instead of colors they are wrong or right
Shifting and changing inside and out
Emotions, feelings, memories, bring these changes about
Hair is swept in front of your face
A luscious mask to hide the pain
My Poems
They flow from me
My written words sing
Showing who I am
Colors blend and pictures form
Taking my words far from home
These Precious Things
How should I carry these precious things?
In my heart or on my sleeve?
Should I let them shine; or should I keep them mine?
H
ow should I carry these precious things?
Black, White, and Shades of Gray
If I'm not right then shouldn't I be wrong?
And if I'm not wrong then shouldn't I be right?
If I'm not good am I then bad?
And if I'm not bad am I then good?
If I'm not day mustn't I be night?
And if I'm not night mustn't I be day?
If I'm not black aren’t I white
And if I’m not white aren’t I black?
Or what if I could see;
That I could truly be;
All that is me,
All I want to be,
In these shades of gray
The Switch
From rich to poor, poor to rich
Everyone makes the switch
K
ingdom Keepers
Kings and Queens

Dreams Come True
Dragons flying, stars dividing
Who says dreams can’t come true?
Black and white, good and bad
Sadness is joy though joy is sad
Best should sell worst should not
Here everything is wrought
A friend is all and a friend is not
Everything they should be without
Born to be me and no-one else
Where others failed to excel
The Cycle Of the Seasons
Following the cycle of the seasons;
That’s how I live.
Living, learning and loving;

hen dieing again.
Invisibility
Disappearing;
Turning;
Invisible by a whim.
Simply;
Hoping;
Never to be seen again.
Lady Night
A moonlit light, a starry sky
Everything seems alright
The moon smiles down at me
Her voice whispers through the trees
“Go to sleep,” she croons to me
“And I’ll see you again tomorrow night.”
Danger is Drawing Near
Fire star
Fire tear
Danger is drawing near
Darkness brings light
Joy brings fear
Danger is drawing near
Glass is foggy
Stone is clear
Danger is drawing near
The farmer sheers
The jester jeers
Danger is drawing near
The knight has a ladle
The cook has a spear
Danger is drawing near
Realities
Flowing and joining, Shifting and changing
Lines connect and form imagined realities
With a flash you capture a moment in time
Past becomes part of the present reality
