Okay, here is the poem.

Hope

I never knew what happened with me,

I never asked why it happened,

It just did,

But I never lost hope,

The little person in your head that whispers,

"You can do it."

It was a person that never forced its way to the front,

Never shout at the top of its lungs,

Never forced you to listen,

It was just there.

As a back up plan.

I never lost hope,

That hope,

Could meet courage,

And grow,

To be the wild fire,

That makes me run to my dreams.

I never lost hope.
