Vivid colors streak

Across the endless sky 

Staining clouds with vibrant hues 

As they float amiably by

Tiny flocks of songbirds 

Across the skyscape glide 

Beneath peach and scarlet clouds 

Across the eventide

Fog rolls in from the distant sea 

Bringing grey to the dome of blue 

The chilly seabreeze arcing past 

Sends the scent of salt tumbling through

The light begins to darken 

Tones of lavender and rose 

The creatures of the night awaken 

To prowl the deepening shadows

As sunset turns to dusk

And the evening star shines bright

 We welcome the rising of the moon 

Marking another beautiful night.

So.... Poems! This is just kinda a place for me to write down the random poetry that I think of sometimes. Most of them will be bad. If you have any suggestions for me to write about, please let me know! :)
