Pocky and Anime [boyxboy] Chapter 11

-Chapter 11-

Stupid Mrs. Freya.

I was in my English class and we were going to get partnered up for a project for France. And what sucked was that Mrs. Freya was picking our partners. And that woman had it out for me, I swear. Not in a bad way, she was just a major fan girl for boy on boy action.

And she knew the rumors floating around school about Xander supposedly liking me.

“Akuma and Hanna.”

Dammit.

“Jack and Drake.”

Dammit.

“Ryan and Hilary.”

Dammit.

“Skylar and Xander.”

“Dammit.” I growled out loud as she smirked at me.

“So….how should we do this?” Xander asked.

“With you on below me.”

“What?!”

“Oh, sorry. Uh….I don’t know, you busy tonight?” I questioned as we walked next to each other after class.

“No.”

“Then come to my house.”

“Where do you live?” He questioned and I tilted my head.

“You could just follow me after school. It’d be easier. As long as it’s alright with your parents.”

“I live alone.”

“You do?” I questioned, raising an eyebrow and he nodded.

“I got tired of moving all the time so decided to stay here.”

“Why here?” I snorted.

“I was born here.”

“Oh.” I blinked and nodded as we had to go to different classes.

“Alright, meet me in the parking lot after school.”

“Wait, is it alright with your mom?” He asked when I turned to walk away. I shrugged, glancing back at him.

“She doesn’t care.”

And with that I headed to my next class.

When Xander stepped out of his black Hummer his jaw was dropped. Hm….guess that’s how people react. It’s been a while since a new person came to my house.

Anyway, we had three stories-for if you count the sanctum/basement-and it was huge. There was a pool out back and then woods that held four-wheeler tracks. If you went far back enough there was a lake along with several streams going to and from it. It was completely natural too.

There was a lot of trees in front of the five foot tall brick fence and the automatic gates that blocked the view of the house from the street and it didn’t even look like there was a house until you got fifty feet away from it. I liked that about my house. It was secluded away from all the people that tried to annoy us.

We even had a small stage set up in the backyard before the trees started that if any of our friends that were performers stopped by they could practice. Or if I threw any parties which hasn’t happened yet.

Then we had the second garage which was a huge hurricane-proof steel building with about twenty cars inside. We liked cars in my family. My sister even had one that she would get when she was sixteen like I did before I wrecked.

“This place is fucking huge.” He muttered and I snorted, rolling my eyes.

“Oh please, I’ve seen waaaay bigger houses than mine.” I gestured for him to follow me inside and he kept gaping at everything.

“Honey? Is that you?” Mom called from the kitchen.

“Yeah. Hey, I brought Xander here to work on our History project.”

“’Kay! Use protection!”

“He’s a dude mom! And again, he’s here to work on a History project!” I yelled, my cheeks flushing.

“Still, he could have a disease or something.” She poked her head out from around the kitchen then dodged as I threw a pen from my pocket at her. She reappeared, sticking her tongue out at me then yelped, disappearing again when I threw one of my textbooks.

“Idiot.” I grumbled, grabbing Xander’s wrist and pulling him up the stairs as he blushed slightly. I stomped down the hallway past my mom and dad’s room then my sister’s room where she was doing who-knows-what and then went up another flight of stairs hidden behind a door that led up to a small sitting room with huge bay windows and only one door that I went through. My room.

It was huge with black walls that had a teal stripe running through the middle and a white stripe on either side of that one. The floors were a dark mahogany and had a black carpet near that door that had three different colored beanbags and a dresser with a sixty inch flat screen on top of it. My Xbox and PS3 were set up to it as well and I dismissed them as I headed to one of my desks. I had two that were situated in the corners in my room that weren’t occupied and they had two computers on each. Well, the one on the left had three since one of my two laptops was on it. I headed to the right one that had another sixty inch flat screen attached to the wall. The only thing special about it was that it was touch screen and hooked to the internet so I mostly used it. Plus it had a mega hard drive and I’ve rigged it to automatically save everything onto all of my computers so if one crashes, I still have my work. And even if they all crash I also have it save my files online.

Anyway, my room also had a….okay, you know those revolving bookcases you see in libraries? I had one of those in the center of the room that was filled with History books, textbooks, fiction books, nonfiction books and just a lot of books. Beside the left desk was where I had sat up my new kitten’s-Night’s-stuff and he currently was curled up in the black carpeted cat house that was filled with pillows and silk blankets that was also black like him so you could barely tell where he was. The only thing that wasn’t black on him was his pink paws, his blue eyes and the crescent shaped white mark over his right eye and on his chest while his tail tip was russet and there was dark gray tabby stripes over his entire body that were barely visible. I loved his coat. It was so unique.

Then beside my right desk was my trashcan that hid the entrance to the sanctum and then my bed. Well, it wasn’t in the main room per say. It was three steps above the main floor in a separate room that only had one way in: an archway that had three dark mahogany steps up to it that then changed to black carpet. The walls were black except the one behind the bed that was white and black checkerboard and there was a teal colored bookshelf that covered an entire wall that held all my manga books.

Then there was the bathroom and the closet that branched off from it. That was the only door in the small room: to the bathroom. I was about to go into detail when Xander spoke.

“Holy shit this is so cool!” He cried, looking at all the stuff with wide eyes. He reminded me of a four year old.

I chuckled, shaking my head and went to the revolving staircase, grabbing a book and handed it to him. He raised an eyebrow and I gestured to the black, blue and white beanbags.

“Study up on France. I’ll get started on the project. We got assigned Lyon, right?”

He nodded as he sat down on the black on that was closest and I headed to the desk on the right, opening up a new project file as I sat.
