"You are Eian Wolfhard from New Old Corona, correct?" Cece asked as her, Lex and the older boy sat at a table.

Eian tapped his shoes on the ground ever so slightly, he didn't understand what he had done to cause this interrogation, "Yes, did I do something wrong?"

"No."

"Then why am I here?" He asked, not necessarily meaning to be rude but not wanting to waste his time. Eian had been at the palace for less than a week and he already had a ton of chores.

Cece struggled coming up with an excuse, she knew she probably should have thought of an excuse before hand but she didn't, stupidly. Lex caught on to that and smirked, the princess needed help, "You know how royals are. They need to make sure that the people doing their chores don't have any deep dark secrets." Lex rolled her eyes as she spoke, Cece glared at her, of course, she would take this as the perfect opportunity to bad mouth her family.

"I don't have any secrets, I promise."

Cece hated to play along with the idea of her family being control freaks but she couldn't think of a better idea, "You say that Eian but I would feel most comfortable with doing this quiz."

Eian blushed, he was talking to a princess back in New Old Corona this certainly wasn't a common thing, "O-okay."

"Okay then," she looked at Lex, making sure that she was ready to write the answers down. "Is it true that you were born in the palace?"

"Yes," he said confusedly, "How do you know-"

"Mei told me all about you before I made your hire."

Cece nodded, if he was born in the palace then he was available to the moonstone like how she was to the sundrop. She was sure that he had he was the moonstone, the only question left in her mind was whether or not he knew about it or was hiding it. "What's your opinion on the sundrop and moonstone?"

Eian scratched on his hand as he thought but about the question, not his answer, why did they need to know about his opinion on the sundrop and moonstone? "My pa told me about how the sundrop and moonstone are dangerous and how I should stay away from the black rocks but other than what I'm told, I don't really have an opinion on it."

Cece believed him, though maybe he was just a really good liar. Lex, on the other hand, she could read his lies, "But you don't stay away from the black rocks, do you?"

"I'm sorry? What do you mean?" He asked confused, only yesterday this maid didn't seem to have any interest in being decent to him and now she's accusing him of not listening to his pa?

"I think you know what I mean," she glared at him but Eian only shook his head confusedly, "Really? So you haven't caught onto the fact that the black rocks follow you everywhere you go?"

"Lex-"

"I'm not lying, if Eian wants to sit here and act like he doesn't know the facts, I'll tell him the facts." The glare Lex was giving the princess made even Eian uncomfortable but then when the glare turned to him, he wished it would once more turn to Cecelia. "You were in New Old Corona only two months ago, correct?"

"Yes."

"And you moved to Corona City five days ago, correct?"

"I don't understand what you are trying to say," that's a lie, he understood exactly what she was trying to say but not why they were trying to say such. Eian had never used magic of any sorts, especially not the moonstone.

Cece looked at Eian and answered the last question in her mind, he didn't know.

"Eian... We think you are the moondrop."
