"I do but there's something in me... a monster or something... and it can decide what parts of the story to change, especially if someone requests something to be in the story." 

Summary:

Jamie Langston can make and change the future. But most others don't know that. Others only know that when he tells a story it comes true.
He claims that there's a monster inside him that changes parts of his stories when there really isn't. He does that because he wants people to be scared of him, he wants to be feared. One day when he's playing truth or dare with a group of friends Pansy Parkinson dares him to tell a story and asks for her enemy to be killed in it. For this reason he has the story kill her instead because he really secretly despised her. A few days later when Pansy's dead body is found students panic and an angry Draco approaches Jamie. He demands for him to tell him what happened to her and when Jamie tries to explain  Draco doesn't beleive him. Eventually Draco tells him to prove it and he does by creating the future for the school as a whole and causing everyone's lives to become a living hell as his love for his power grows. As grows older he doesn't stop. He eventually destroys Voldemort and instead becomes the most feared and powerful wizard ever.

Notes:

- Jamie is a Slytherin

- Draco gets furious when Pansy dies because in this he has feelings for her

- Jamie wants to be feared because he is looked down upon by many and a lot of people think he's too nice to be a Slytherin. He wanted to prove them wrong.

- make the quotes a scene in the book

- when Pansy's dead body is found the school is not shut down but major safety precautions are put in place. (Like about how much security the school had in Half Blood Prince)

- "causing everyone's lives to become a living hell" can be whatever you want. You can make him murder more people, torture people, make people turn to the dark side, etc. It just has to be bad.

- he becomes very powerful and ends up taking Voldemort's place as a Villian

- this book very well could have a sequel but that's up to whoever writes it
