PLOT:

Kim Jiwoo was the resident playgirl of La Push. She enjoyed messing around with boys and girls alike, and no one could ever deny the powers of Jiwoo — if she wanted it, she got it. Therefore, no one was surprised when Paul Lahote suddenly wanted in on the action despite holding the "friends with benefits" title with Jiwoo for months.

After his sudden transformation and his new budding friendship with Sam Uley, Paul finds himself entranced by Kim Jiwoo. It wasn't as if they were suddenly new acquaintances — the two possessed a very close relationship before he became a shapeshifter.

What Paul doesn't know is that Jiwoo found a replacement for him in his absence, and she doesn't wish to entertain his games anymore. If Paul wanted to be with her for real, he was going to have to crawl on his knees to get her to come back to him.

SUMMARY: Kim Jiwoo and Paul Lahote have been friends with benefits for quite some time, but when Paul suddenly disappears and cuts off all contact from his former friends, Jiwoo decides that it's a good sign for her to move on. She finds comfort in other partners while Paul's struggling to grasp his new identity as a shapeshifter. When he finally accepts the truth, he realizes that Jiwoo's been the one for him all along. Sad part is, Jiwoo's found other means to satiate her needs and doesn't require Paul's assistance anymore to get her off. She finds his pleads and romantic gestures comical and unnecessary. If Paul really wants to get his imprint back, he's going to have to knock down every obstacle standing in his way.
