1. Fangs
TVD/TO [Elijah/OC]
Summary
In the early 15th century the Original family had split for a small period of time each choosing to follow their own pursuits for a couple of years. Klaus had a curse to break, Rebekah had love to find, Kol had to a name to make for himself among the witch communities and Elijah wanted to find some truth in the rumors he had heard.
The Original family were old enough to know that they're not the only blood drinking monsters out there. They grew up on myth and legend, in a time when fairy-tail's were accurate recalls history. They knew that the world consisted of much darker things but reveled in the knowledge that they were among the most powerful.
The Caribbean was where he met her stranded on land in the clutches of some power hungry witches. She had bright blue eyes that shone under the moonlight and radiated an aura of innocence that clashed with what she was.
Against all the teachings he had growing up under his mother, a witch, he did one thing that would alter the future in drastic ways.
Her name was Syrena Dominique Aquamarine, and Elijah Mikaelson saved her life.
He saved a monster.
The Arrival
All eyes drew to her as soon as she entered the bar and she flashed a seductive grin joyfully. The woman, was sex-on-legs dressed in tight leather black pants, a loose white shirt and a matching leather jacket. She ran a finger-less gloved hand through her auburn waves as the other held a motorcycle helmet that she placed on the bar taking a seat on the stool furthest from anyone else.
Damon watched the woman suspiciously noting how she disregarded the humans around her that were practically falling at her feet. He would admit, yes, she was rather sexy and definitely his type, but something was off about her.
"Vampire," she murmured in greeting as he took the seat beside her and tried not to let the shock of her comment show.
"Damon Salvatore," he introduced himself pausing for her to continue with her own name.
"Pity," she said with a wicked smirk, "my natural allure doesn't work on your kind." To add emphasis she pointed to the drooling bartender who stared longingly at her while handing over another glass of whiskey.
She then let her gaze linger on the vampire. He just reeked of bad boy, and she could tell he was hung up on a girl. He had the same look in his eyes that men like him often carried.
The look of longing and unrequited love.
"Who are you?" Damon asks straight out as the woman assesses him curiously.
"Domino," she replies and he gives her a skeptical look but she brushes it off.
"What brings you to Mystic Falls, Domino?" He asked her as she finishes her drink.
"Is that what this little town is called?" she asked and actually looked surprised. "I'm passing through so you can calm down vampy," she began to goad him teasingly to get him right where she wanted.
"Only two types of people come to this town, the bad guys, and the ones running away from the bad guys." He let his gaze hold her dark lined eyes.
"Which are you?" She asks no hint of anything sinister, just plain curiosity.
"You said before, I'm a vampire." He states, "And there's something fishy about you, witch."
"You think I should feel threatened by you?" She scoffs and rises from her seat placing money in the bartender's hand. "Good afternoon, Mr Salvatore," she finished politely then headed out of the bar to her bike.
In less time than predicted the vampire had her pinned to the alley wall by the neck.
"You should leave town." He snarls his fangs coming out.
"Do I make you feel uncomfortable?" She asked with a seductive lilt to her tone.
"I will break your neck witch." He snarls again his grip tightening and she reached up wrapping her hands around his crushing his wrist and using his shock as a distraction to switch their positions.
"What makes you so sure I'm a witch?" She asked tilting her head to the side.
"What are you?" He gasps choking.
"I would be careful if I were you Mr Salvatore. You're not the only creature around here with fangs." She told him her fangs dropping down into view. Her eyes flashed a vibrant blue as she sank her teeth into the skin of his neck.
Domino drained him enough to keep him weak and she shoved his body onto the concrete with a hard crack. The force was enough that a human could audibly hear his spine breaking.
Damon watched in fear as her heeled boots approached and she knelt down beside him wiping his blood from the corner of her mouth.
"Oh Damon, you just gave me a reason to stick around this backwater town. I really was just passing through, but something this interesting hasn't happened to me in a long time." Her dangerous blue eyes faded to their original brown. "Young immortals are still so naive to believe they actually stand a chance against creatures like me."
"What are you?" He gasps through labored breaths.
"Different." She replied simply as the dark sky lit up with a crack of lightning. "A storm is coming Mr Salvatore."
With a final smirk at the vampire's crippled form she mounted her bike and left the scene, the excess blood washing away under the torrential rain.
A/N: This will be the format for all the ideas I post :)
