RANKS

Constellations (LEADER)
The Constellation is a very respected cat, as it is believed that the Star Bounders have chosen them to lead the clan. The leader has all of the power in the Clan and is known as a celestial being. Anything they say is law, and any cat unable to follow will be punished (or not, depending on who is leading). The leader can only be a certain few signs, as they have leaderistic qualities. Their suffix is -star. (Capricorn, Scorpio, Leo, Aries, Taurus.)

GALAXY (DEPUTY)
The Galaxy only has respect because the constellation has chosen them. The deputy is a desired position as it grants power. They do not have as much power as the Constellation since the deputy has less power. Their suffix is still their warrior suffix, since only the extremely blessed cats have special suffixes. Their sign must be a leaderistic sign, otherwise they cannot be a deputy. (Capricorn, Scorpio, Leo, Aries, Taurus.)

STAR GUIDERS (MED. CATS)
Star Guiders can speak to the Star Bounders. They receive signs as dreams or as an event in their lives. They might be about a cat, or a future event / danger. The Star Guiders meet with the Star Bounders every 6 moons, to please and connect with their ancestors. If they miss any moons, the Star Bounders will punish the whole clan. They have a large amount of responsibility and missing more than 3 meetings will result in a punishment to said cat. Their sign also determines if they are a medicine cat. Star Guiders are also not allowed to have mates, as there is a risk of them being queens and unavailable to heal the clan. (Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Sagittarius)

STAR SOLDIERS (WARRIORS)
The Star Soldiers learn how to fight and hunt for the clan and the cats within it. They are very valuable, yet do not hold much power. They can request for things, like to choose their own mate. Their sign also will decide for them if they are to be a Star Soldier. Star Soldiers risk their lives for the clan, to feed and protect them. Star Soldiers can be leaders if their star sign is one of the leading ones. (Aquarius, Pisces, Libra)

STARLINGS (APPRENTICES)
Starlings are young cats 6+ moons old who are training to become either a warrior or a medicine cat. These cats do not hold any power, as older cats believe that they are not knowledgeable enough to have that kind of responsibility.

QUEENS
Queens are pregnant she-cats. They are respected no matter their history in the clan (whether they broke a rule and got punished). The reason they are respected are because they have kits, which populates the clan and builds it. A queen cannot be punished for any wrong doings, even if she uses one energy to do so. After their kits are apprentices, however, they go back to their regular role and CAN be punished by one of the punishments listed.

KITS
Kits are newborns to the clan, and are kits for six moons before ranking up to Starlings. Their sign determines whether they will learn the ways of a Star Guider or a Star Soldier. There is a rare possibility that they will be a cusp as well, but it is rare.

CUSPS:
A cusp is a cat born with two different zodiac signs. They are very special, and are thought of very highly. Their zodiac sign does not limit their power, yet they still do not have as much power as the leader. These cats can be either a Star Guider or a Star Soldier, they have 100% choice. They have as much respect as the leader, and other than that, that is really it. They do not have any special ranks, just a special title and respected place in the clan. A wheel will be used to decide if any liter of kits are cusps.

ASTEROIDS:
These cats are basically the ones who have broken the Clan rules, and are prisoners or punished. Prisoners have one less energy, and cannot do anything alone. If they want to hunt, they must hunt with at least two other cats. If they want to train a skill, there must be at least one or two cats to train/watch and make sure they do not do anything wrong. It is possible to earn the trust of the Clan back, and go back to your original position. Star Guiders can also be asteroids if they miss to many meetings or break any rules that will be listed lower down. Asteroids might also have a mentor, depending on how bad the crime they committed was. So basically, anyone who does anything 'wrong' in the Clan and Star Bounder's eyes can be demoted to this rank.

SINS

Secret Mate:
Usually, you will be assigned a mate based on your star sign. However, if you bond with someone enough and have a high enough level, you can become secret mates with them. Breeding with your secret mate can be quite risky, and has a big chance of giving you away. So I recommend not doing so. You also might get caught with them, which also is very bad. Fire and Water are compatible signs, while Earth and Air signs are compatible.

Secret Mentor/Apprentice:
If your cat is assigned to a position you don't want (i.e, a Star Guider), you can have a secret mentor to train you to become a Star Soldier. You can get caught training with your Secret Apprentice or Mentor. Being caught can result in punishment, as the position you have depends on your sign. This is unnecessary for cusps, as they can choose whatever rank they want.

Star Bounder Meetings:
Star Guiders must meet with their ancestors every 6 moons. Missing meetings can result in a punishment for the whole clan. The Star Bounders could do almost anything for the missing of these meetings, such as sending a natural disaster to the clan, cursing a cat, or sending a bad prophecy. The cat being cursed can range from a kit, to a leader or a cusp. Natural disasters can be things like wild fires, floods, or even avalanches. Their territory is tall rocky mountains with steel edges, surrounding a huge, open grassland scattered with only a few trees.

Being Disrespectful:
The authorities are important and respected. Cusps are respected. Any signs of disrespect will most likely result in punishment, since it is believed that the Star Bounders have specifically chosen those people do to those things. The worst punishment here will vary, it depends on who is in charge and what they identify as "being disrespectful".

Being a Coward:
If you are active in this command game, yet during a battle you're suddenly not? Or you have the ability to fight and you just hide? This is considered being a coward, and not defending you clan. This will result in punishment.

Murder / Betrayal:
Must I explain? You are betraying the clan by either killing a cat, or by possibly stealing or kidnapping. Doing this can either present exile, becoming an asteroid, or something else. Again, really depends on who is leading. Murder is looked down on by the Star Bounders, and so is betrayal. If you wanna be THAT cat, go ahead and just have at it. Hints will most likely be shown, so don't think once you go undetected once that it will happen all the time.

PUNISHMENTS:

Demoted:
No matter your rank, you can be demoted to an Asteroid. You will have a mentor, and only have two energy. You are also watched by a guard, to make sure that you are controlled. So it's almost impossible to do anything wrong while you have been demoted. You will be promoted whenever your mentor and the leader decide. There is the chance the leader nor mentor want to rank an Asteroid up, and if that happens, tragic. You also will not be able to have an apprentice.

Watched:
Basically, you have a guard. You still keep your 3 energy, but you have a cat to guard you who is more powerful than you. Sometimes, depending on the severeness of the sin, you will have two guards. While you are watched, you will not be able to have an apprentice.

Warning:
You get announced for whatever bad thing you did, yet continue your normal duties. Once you get two warnings, you are automatically watched. You can have an apprentice if you get warned once.

HUNTING:

Hunting brings back prey to the camp, and prey keeps everyone alive and well. After one day of not eating, a cat will be hungry. After two days, a cat will be famished. After three days, the cat will be starving. If they do not get food by the FOURTH day, they will die.

Training your hunting skill can help you bring more prey back to the camp so the clan doesn't starve. Training it once will bring it up half, while training twice brings you up a whole one point. Training three times will give you, surprise surprise, one and a half points. The highest one can get is 5. The hunting chart will be in the "charts & commands" chapter.

FIGHTING:

Battles can erupt. They are out in the open, because the Clan feels that they must have the stars above them to watch for danger and to protect them from any harm. Their territory also has them in the open. Rouges, other Clans, wild animals, etc etc can and will attack when possible.

Your battleskill will determine if you can fight and deal damage. If you have a low battleskill (anything under level two), then you might not want to fight, and mainly want to train. If you have battleskill level three, you're decent and can fight while dealing and possibly taking damage. Levels four and five are the highest one can get. password is spaghetti, Star guiders may also train to learn how to fight if they so please. If there are any attacks, there will be a comment stating the attacker(s), their strength and defense, and the commands /hide and /defend.

A star soldier defends the camp. Let's call their cat Flametail. Flametail defends with a level 4 battleskill, and does 30-50 damage to the attacker. They take no damage. However, a kit, medicine cat, or medicine cat apprentice, should use the command /hide. They are unable to fight and will die or be severely injured without hiding. Commands relating to anything besides hiding or defending will not go through, and no energy will be lost. Attackers and cats all have 100 health.

If an attacker is defeated, they will either be killed, or run away. In a slightly rare chance, rouges can be captured if they aren't killed. The rouge(s) will be players taken from the waiting list and put in the game. However, the same thing can happen to Clanmates. The rouges CAN kidnap a clanmate. To save them, at least two or three cats must go on a journey to find said cat, using /find (missing member). This journey will take 2-5 moons, and the journeying members will either come back successful or unsuccessful, injured or healthy, etc etc. Honestly it depends. If they aren't found once they come back, the kidnapped cat is considered dead. If the journeying cats don't return, then they're considered dead (I'm going to use a wheel to decide this type of stuff). However, there is a low chance of absolutely nobody coming back, so don't worry too much.

FORAGING AND GATHERING:

Mainly for Star Guiders. Foraging for herbs will help heal clanmates after a battle, to cure a sickness, or anything in between. Foraging will be herbs, while warriors will gather for sticks. Sticks will build dens. Each den takes a certain amount of sticks. If dens are not built after a long time, cats will be tired. The longer dens are not built, the more tired cats will get. They will first be tired, then fatigued, then sleep deprived. If cats are left like this for too long, they will die from lack of sleep. Injuries are like this as well. Slightly injured, injured, severely injured, and then death. This is why herbs are important within the clan, so it is suggested that everyone forages and gathers sticks and herbs.

NATURAL DISASTERS:

Territory:
Their territory is tall rocky mountains with steel edges, surrounding a huge, open grassland scattered with only a few trees.

Wildfires:
This event only happens during Greenleaf. There are trees that can catch fire, which are near camp. Sticks also can catch fire, which are what dens are made of. Basically, the forest is on fire. Kits can only evacuate with another cat. The penalty, once again, is -2. Cats will be injured as well. For a kit's safety to be ensured, the player of said kit must reply to the command. This could be a punishment from the Star Bounders.

Floods:
The territory is surrounded by mountains. Water can easily reach the clearing and overflow. For this, the clan will have to escape, and any hunting or foraging will be down -1. They can escape to stay within the mountains, or they can leave the closing for the moon, then come back and rebuild. It doesn't really matter, since both end in the same way. Kits will have to escape with someone. This could be a punishment from the Star Bounders.

Avalanches:
Since mountains surround the camp, there is a chance of an avalance happening. The chances are VERY low, yet never zero. Everyone should use the command /evacuate for this. Kits must evacuate with someone to ensure their survival, once again. There will be injuries, and possibly even deaths. The penalty will be -2 on everything, since the avalanch would scare prey away and crush herbs. This could be a punishment from the Star Bounders.

STAR BOUNDER PUNISHMENTS:

CURSING A CAT:
If a cat is cursed, they could have a disease or sickness of some sort, they could die, or anything along those lines. This cat could range from a leader, to even a kit. However, this depends on the amount of meetings missed. It most likely will usually be a Star Soldier or a Star Guider, possibly even the Galaxy. So, it is suggested meetings are not missed.

PROPHECY:
This prophecy will, if a meeting is missed, be sent to only one Star Guider. They are allowed to share it, but it most likely will be a bad prophecy. There is the chance that it is good, and they just missed it because they missed the meeting, but the chances are quite low. The prophecy could refer to a disater, an upcoming attack, a murderer or traitor, etc. It'll, most of the time, refer to an upcoming event of some sort.
