●Soundtrack● × Viktuuri W/ OC

"Alright, so you're saying you want my help to rewrite a peice that is supposed to communicate your figure skating and love story." Aisha stated.

"Yes, this is the most important soundtrack for my program." Yuuri explained.

"Yuuri, I have been here to watch you grow as an ice skater, physically and emotionally, and it was one hell of a sight watching you grow and hear you pour your heart out explaining your troubles to me. Yet I didn't skate those routines or feel those emotions, you did."

"I don't understand-"

"I'm helping you understand, now sit down."

She forced him to sit down on the piano bench and look at him. In that moment, her crystal blue eyes matched Viktors', even her actions and personality.

"I also may be able to sing and play the instruments you want for this soundtrack. I can't put your feelings into something I play. This is something you have to do yourself."

"So does this mean you won't help me?"

She sighed and slapped Yuuri's face a few times to calm him down.

"This doesn't mean I won't be able help obviously, I'll play the violin and I'll get my friend to play the drums, but this is something you have to do the main part of, like I said before."

"After all, I was merely a supporting character in your relationship with Viktor. You are the main character, you should play this, not me."

"This is your opportunity to branch out and find your soundtrack, one that defines you and only you that people can feel your emotions through."

She gripped his shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile. The tension in the air started to melt away.

"Now go on, play that piano and show me watcha' got!"

Viktor had just given Yuuri the choice of choosing his own song for his free skate, and Yuuri was stunned, as his coaches always picked the tracks he skated to.

Yuuri nearly went into panic mode, he called Phichit to see if he could help.

"Phichit...I need help with something..."

"What is it, you don't sound so good."

"Viktor just told me that I have the choice of choosing the soundtrack, and that if I had the resources, I could make it myself."

"Why are you so stressed out, that's great!"

"The problem is I have the idea, I just don't know how to set it into motion. Now I still have the track that foreign exchange student made for me, it sounds amazing and there's nothing wrong with it-"

"But it doesn't suit you."

"Yeah, it doesn't."

"I've got an idea, I'm adding someone to the call."

A brown skinned girl with her hair in a dark brown bun and ocean blue eyes. She had a tray of donuts next to her and a violin in the background of her room.

"What the hell do you want Phichi-?"

"Who's this?"

"He's my socially awkward and paranoid friend who needs help composing a soundtrack for his free skate."

"Don't tell me this is Katsuki Yuuri!"

"Are you a fan?"

"Yeah, I also know that you used to play the piano in college."

I looked at the phone with wide eyes.

"Aisha, you shouldn't have said that..."

"Oops...well you told me that when you found out so isn't this situation that's happening now your fault?"

Phichit stared blankly into space, gaining a laugh from Yuuri and Aisha.

"I can't fucking stand you, you know that?" He asks.

"You bet your ass you can't." She giggles with a donut in her hand.

"Hey Aisha, when were you born?"

"January 22."

"Now it all makes sense."

"The purpose of that?" Phichit asks confused.

"A Taurus and an Aquarius can't stand each other or get along for more than five minutes."

"True, we only get along when there's food involved."

"Hmm...True."

"Okay, back to the subject at hand, you said you wanted to create your own peice for your free skate, right?"

"Yeah."

"Alright, start playing the piano so I can see if your skills are still rusty." Aisha asks. "Then I can see if I need to jog your memory."

I grazed my hands over the keys when I sat down on the bench, it had been five years since I had touched the piano.

"I'll play the piece that I have in mind for the free skate."

For the minutes I was playing, I was doing great, my fingers flew across the keys, making a melody like no other.

But then I stopped.

"What's wrong, you sounded amazing!" Aisha complimemted.

"I...I don't know how to continue it." I admitted.

"Hold on, Mama's gotta drive to Hasetsu and fix some shit." Aisha shouted, picking up her violin.

She got off of the call and Phichit just clapped in awe.

"Phichit should I be scared?"

"It depends, but that's not why I'm clapping, I'm clapping because you sounded amazing!"

"If ice-skating doesn't work out, which it will, you could become a pianist."

"All that's left to do is wait."

A faint ring was heard throughout the house, Yuuri was startled, she got here so fast! It hadn't even been a good thirty minutes.

"Phichit, how did she know where I live?"

"I gave her the address to Yu-topia, you dummy."

"Yuuri, who's this, your girlfriend?" Mari yelled upstairs.

"No, she's just a friend." He called back.

"Come on up Aisha!"

"Aisha Moi, at your service!"

She took a seat on my bed with a box of donuts, I took one, and she nearly had my head over it.

"Pro tip, never take any of my fries, donuts, or food in general."

"Noted."

She shoved the box aside with another donut in her hand.

"Alright, so you're saying you want my help to rewrite a peice that is supposed to communicate your figure skating and love story." Aisha stated, taking a bite.

"Yes, this is the most important soundtrack for my program." Yuuri explained.

"Yuuri, I have been here to watch you grow as an ice skater, physically and emotionally, through Phichit's detailed explainations."

"Oh lord help me."

"It was one hell of a sight watching you grow and hear you pour your heart out explaining your journey and your concept of love. Yet I didn't skate those routines or feel those emotions, you did."

"I don't understand-"

"I'm helping you understand, now sit down."

She forced him to sit down on the piano bench and look at him. In that moment, her blue eyes matched Viktors', even her actions and personality.

"I also may be able to sing and play the instruments you want for this soundtrack, I can even help choreograph the moves along with you and Viktor."

"-But I can't put your feelings into something I play.

•~Flashback●~•

"This is your opportunity to branch out and find your soundtrack, one that defines you and only you that people can feel your emotions through."

"This is your chance to create something other than your free skate, create your theme."

"But what if I can't-"

"Stop right there." Viktor put his hands on Yuuri's shoulders and made him look straight at him.

"You can do this, you can create your own theme, or choose it, it doesn't matter, just let people know that this is your song."

He stared at the piano with apprehensive eyes, what was wrong with him?

♢~~~~~~~~~~~~~~●~~~~~~~~~~~~~♢

"What's the problem?!"

"Nothing."

I studied his brown eyes, filled with anxiety and paranoia about something.

"There's something wrong, and you will tell me."

"I didn't earn a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Psychology for nothing."

"Okay...it's just that I feel as if when I skate, I can create my own moves and put them into action, I can't do that with music."

"Yuuri, you can do the same thing with any instrument, ingredients, clothes, words, information, even history."

"For example-"

Aisha picked up her violin and started to play the piece Yuuri did on the piano. Yuuri looked stunned throughout the performance, she could play after listening to a rythmn once.

"We all have a gift, absolute pitch is mine."

"Absolute pitch?"

"The ability to recognize different notes or sheet music and play the tune without a hitch." She stated cheerfully.

"Now, that's just my talent that I've been born with, and I've perfected it."

"But you-"

She gripped his shoulder and gave him a reassuring smile. The tension in the air started to melt away, just like when he was with Viktor.

"Have already mastered yours, and it's been discovered by your idol, even I haven't struck that gold yet."

This whole time, Aisha Moi had reminded him if Viktor Nikiforov, his idol, his coach.

His lover, his inspiration, his everything.

He smiled and she gripped his shoulder harder.

"Now go on, play that piano and show me watcha' got!"

"Cause' you were born to make history."

He started to play with those words in mind. He would prove that he was a history maker that could stand alongside Viktor Nikiforov.

After all, we were all born to make history, either infamous or being famous. I'm stuck in the divide, but now, I feel like I'm famous with him.

That's right, I'm famous with him.

I was truly born to win, born full of newfound courage.

I'm Katsuki Yuuri, twenty three years old, born to make history.
