Diana and her grandparents were setting up for Elaris' third birthday, Elaris was in her bedroom playing.

Alfred knocked on her door. "Alfred!" a voice said, as the small girl jumped on him.

"Hello, Miss Elaris. Your mother is waiting for you downstairs."

"I'm excited for my birthday, Alfred! I bet mother is too."

"She is, Miss Elaris." He put her down and they both walked down the stairs.

"Happy Birthday!" Diana said. She scooped her up and gave her lots of hugs and kisses. Elaris smiled and laughed.

"Thank you, mother." She smiled.

"So, do you want to do anything special? You want to go to the mall?"

"Yeah! Can we go to the toy store?"

"Whatever you want, it's your day."

"Yay! Thank you, mother." She hugged Diana. Her mom smiled. They walked out of the mansion then they went to the mall in Aleero City. "Are we going to the Grav Train?"

"Do you want to?" Diana asked.

"Yeah!" She said. Elaris loved taking the bright red Grav Train and seeing the city, she never got tired of seeing it.

Elaris was excitedly waiting for the train, she was bouncing on her heels. Then a man walked up.

"Hey, Diana."

"Aiden, hi. What's up?"

"I'm okay, What's up with you?"

"Oh, I'm taking Elaris to the mall, it's her birthday."

"Oh," he knelt to Elaris' level and smiled.

"Hi, Elaris. How old are you turning?"

"I'm turning three." She smiled at Aiden.

"Did you take care of mother when she was hurt?"

Aiden smiled and nodded. "Yes, I did, she was hurt and I took care of her."

Elaris nods.

She still doesn't know what Eric has done to me... I should tell her about her father in the future, but not now.

The train stopped and the three of them entered. They sat down on the seats.

"So, where's your son?" Diana asked.

Aiden turned his head to her, his brown eyes looking into her green ones.

"He's with his mom, but we will be at your party, El." He said, smiling at the purple haired little girl.

Elaris smiled and looked out the window, the city looked prettier and prettier every time she saw it. Diana smiled too, she was happy that her daughter was happy. Diana was happy, but afraid, it's been two years since Eric has escaped prison and the Rangers haven't found him yet.

Diana shook her head and tried to forget, this was Elaris' day, for now. Focus on her.

They got to one of the biggest malls in Aleero City.

Aiden walked with Diana to the toy store with Elaris. She wanted to run there. When they got there, she ran inside and started looking at all the toys.

"Look, mother! It's a Pikachu!" the little three-year-old said as she held up the mouse Pokémon up in her hands.

"You want it?" Diana asked. Aiden smiled as he watched.

"Can we mother, please?" Elaris asked, Diana smiled and kissed her head.

"Okay, we can." Her mother said, smiling. she smiled back.

This is going to be the best birthday ever! Elaris thought.

They all went back to the house. Elaris was holding her Pikachu in her hands, and they walked back into the house. Music was already playing, they were setting up the snacks and pizza in the back for all the kids.

"Elaris, look at your party." Her mom said.

She smiled and hugged Diana. "Thank you, mother." Diana smiled and kissed her cheek.

"No problem, El."

Diana looked at her.

She looks so much like.... him. She was glad that she left her deadbeat husband.

Kids came over to the house and they were playing in the backyard now. They were in the pool, Elaris was swimming with her friends from school. She was happy and talking with her friends.

"Elaris looks adorable." A mother named Chris said.

"She does."

"Yes, thank goodness that you and her escaped that man."

Diana smiled and nodded. She was happy that she has escaped Eric, it's been two years now. And he hadn't found them yet.

But he does know where they live now, why doesn't he have the guts to come back to the house?

"So, how is she doing in the new school?"

"She loves it. She loves her friends and teachers. Thank goodness that I took her out of that house, knowing Eric. He wouldn't even allow Elaris to be sent to school."

"Oh yeah, knowing him. Whatever happened to him since he escaped prison?" Chris asked.

"I don't know and I don't care, let the Rangers take care of him. It's their problem."

Chris nodded. Aiden walked up to them and sat by Diana.

"Hey Aiden."

"Hey, Diana."

"Ohhhh, this is your special friend?" Christina asked her. Diana blushed.

"Christina! We're just friends! He's married."

"Yeah, Chris, chill out." Aiden said, smiling and drinking his soda.

"Alright guys." She said.

"Okay guys! Time for cake." Rachael said as they all went out of the pool and went to the table, Elaris stood behind the cake and they all sang to her.

"Happy Birthday, Elaris." One of her friends, Alex, told her.

"Thanks, Alex."

It was time for presents, she opened all her gifts which ranged from a Lego set to new toys.

Daniel and Rachael gave their gift to her last.

Elaris opened it and she got a Gameboy. With Pokémon Red.

"You got me a Pokémon game?!" she hugged both of her grandparents. Rachael and Daniel hugged her back.

"Did you have a good birthday, Elaris?" Diana asked as she put Elaris into bed that night.

"Yeah! It was cool." She said Diana handed her Pikachu plushie to her and she hugged it tightly. She walked out of the room and closed her door.

"That was a good party." Rachael said, getting into bed with Daniel.

"Yeah it was, Elaris had fun." Daniel said.

Rachael smiled and kissed her husband. Daniel kissed her back then they went to bed.

Eric jumped out of his ship and saw the mansion. He was trying not to be detected by the security systems. He snuck into the house through an open window.

He walked upstairs and walked into Elaris' room and took her, Eric went out of the house, went into his ship and flew back to Pilot Town.

Elaris woke up in a closet. Her ankles were tied up and she had tape over her mouth so she wouldn't scream.

She was very scared. Terrified! She was terrified of this.

Where am I?

Where's mother and my grandparents.

I want to go home!

The girl's mind was racing a thousand miles a minute, just then the door opened and she saw a man.

"Hello Elaris, remember me?" he said, Elaris was shaking as she sat on the floor. The man walked closer to her. Elaris' eyes widened. Her mother has told her about this man so she can protect herself if he ever saw this man.

Father?!

Elaris had tears streaming down her face. Her small body shook uncontrollably as he walked close to her and he knelt down toward her level.

"Hello sweetie. You missed me?" Elaris wished that she could back away from this man. He's caused her mother so much pain and suffering after she was born. She was afraid that her father might do the same stuff that she did to her mother if she didn't obey him.

Elaris then shook her head. She wishes that she can cuss him out right there! This man is pure evil, not a good bone in his body.

Eric smiled widely as he picked her up, she started to whimper, he carried her to his bedroom, entering it. The three-year-old girl was terrified of what could happen next.

Eric placed her onto his bed roughly and took off her clothes. He tied up her hands and feet to the bed. She struggled to break free but she couldn't. He then did the unthinkable...

Eric inserted inside of her, the screams of his daughter as he was thrusting into her back and forth. He smiled as he continued, Elaris was now crying, she was crying hard.

Blood trailed behind her as Eric shoved her back into the closet. Elaris was shaking. He tied her hands and ankles back together, Eric then slammed the door and locked it, Elaris sat there, she put her head in her hands as she cried hard.

She wished that she could be heard from the neighbors.

The next day, Diana walked back home, she went to the Hall of Heroes to file a missing person's report. She was terrified, she didn't know that the person who kidnapped Elaris was using her or not.

Then, her brain clicked.

She ran to the Grav Train station to go back to Pilot Town. Her heart raced and her blood boiled with anger.

Pilot Town.

She hasn't visited here in two years. The memories came flooding back to her all at once. All the hell and abuse that she had to endure when Elaris was born, and now... she hopes she's not too late or it isn't Elaris' turn with the abuse.

She ran to the house that her ex-husband lived in. Her heart was racing. She hoped that he hadn't done anything to Elaris, all she had to do was hope and pray that she was safe.

Elaris was on her hands and knees scrubbing the floors, if he couldn't have Diana do this, why not take their daughter and do this stuff to her? He has already assaulted her, so what's the worst that can happen?

"I-I'm done father..." she said, standing up and putting the sponge back in the bucket.

Eric walked in holding a beer in his hand as he glared at her. Elaris could feel him glaring at her. Elaris wanted to leave this house and this situation so badly, she wished for some way that her mom could come here and rescue her.

Diana walked up to the door and pounded on it. Elaris jolted up from her spot. She got off of her hands and knees and got to the door.

"Mother!" her face lit up and she hugged her and let it all out like a waterfall.

"I'm so glad you're safe!" she said. Then, Diana looked up and saw he was in his tank top and sweatpants.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't the loser! What are you doing here?!" he asked.

"I'm taking my daughter!" Eric slapped her hard.

"You don't get to take her from me?! I've been gone for three years!"

"Yeah, rotting in a cell! You idiot, and why did you take her!"

"Because I want to spend time with her."

Diana wanted to punch this man in the jaw. Diana walked inside.

Mother, what are you doing?

Eric closed the door and locked it from a remote. Diana looked at it, then the remote in his hand.

"Now, I have you back." He walked up to her and tried to touch her face, Diana spit in his and glared at him.

Eric slapped her across the face so hard that he knocked her down.

"Mother!" Elaris rushed to her and got in front of her, Eric bawled a fist, he punched his daughter as hard as he could, it came so fast that she blacked out.
