I get home from my math course and my mom's outside in the sun taking notes for my philosophy course bc she's a real homie and does all the work.

Talk to her for a bit, then I start messing around with the cat next to her until she starts getting riled up.

Mom: Go actually do something useful

Me: *walks upstairs to go take a shit*

Few minutes later

Mom: *Brings in a couple guests and chats in the kitchen with them*

Mom: CHLOE! Come downstairs and say hi!
