Harumi's POV

For a while after Lloyd ran out of the room, I stood there blushing lightly and staring at the door like an idiot. Finally, I decided I should open and walk out the door instead of staring at it. It was already slightly open from when Lloyd ran out. The second I opened it and walked through that doorway, two familiar girls nearly crashed into me.

Pixal and Skylor.

Immediately, they began asking hundreds of overwhelming questions.

"Wait– so you two were in the closet together!?" Skylor asked.

"What happened in there?!" Pixal said, jumping up and down.

"DID YOU KISS HIM!?!" Skylor asked next.

"NO-WAIT—DID YOU TWO MAKE OUT!?!?" Apparently Pixal wasn't as innocent as I thought she was...

"OR DID YOU GO EVEN FURTHER—" Skylor gasped.

"Wait-what?" Okay, Pixal is still fairly innocent.

"GIRLS! NO! WE LITERALLY JUST APOLOGIZED LAST NIGHT!" I shouted at them.

"Wait- that's what you were doing on the couch??" Pixal asked with disappointment in her voice.

"Aww, man," Skylor said, turning to Pixal. "I thought we were going to be aunts..."

"DO YOU GUYS REALLY THINK WE WOULD GO THAT FAR!?" I yelled at them. "ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS LLOYD WE'RE TALKING ABOUT!!!"

"Sorry, we were just really excited," Pixal apologized for both of them.

"No kidding," I said, crossing my arms.

"But what did happen in there?" Pixal asked quietly.

"You guys already told everyone that we fell asleep on the couch together," I reminded them.

"We're really sorry! We promise we won't tell a soul!" Pixal responded. I hesitated before answering.

"...fine....," I finally replied. "Lloyd asked me out on a..." I started blushing slightly.

"A...what??" Skylor asked eagerly.

"A...a date..," I finally told them.

"AHHHHHHHH REALLY!?!" Skylor began jumping up and down again.

"WHEN?! WHERE ARE YOU GUYS GOING!?" Pixal kept asking questions.

"Woah, hold on!" I tried to calm them down. "We haven't decided yet!"

"AHH!!! WAIT- You need something nice to wear!!" Pixal said.

"OH MY FIRST SPINJITZU MASTER! YES!!" Skylor screamed.

"Guys, settle down, I'll figure it out!" Pixal and Skylor were too busy squealing and planning to listen.

"Is it today??" Pixal asked, turning back to me.

"No, tomorrow for lunch," I replied.

"PERFECT! That gives us this afternoon to plan and go shopping!!" Skylor announced.

"What!?" I exclaimed.

"Harumi, go get dressed!" Just then I realized I was still wearing my pajamas. I ran as fast as possible to the small room I was given to stay in, and immediately grabbed a mint green T-shirt and black leggings. I hurriedly put them on, and upon remembering that it was still winter, I opened my closet, jerking a grey hoodie off its hanger. I struggled to pull it over my shirt while running downstairs at the same time. Pixal and Skylor were alread at the bottom of the stairs waiting for me.

"You ready?" Skylor asked me. I nodded in reply. She was wearing skinny jeans and a bright orange T-shirt with The Cheetahs' logo on it. From what I've heard on the news, The Cheetahs were Ninjago's best girls soccer team. And from what the ninja have told me, Skylor even tried out for a spot on the team once. (A/N that's a headcanon of mine, not actually true)

Pixal had a simple light purple and white striped long sleeve shirt with dark jeans on. The three of us walked into the garage, where all of the ninja kept their vehicles.

"...are we going to show up at a mall on fancy ninja vehicles?" I asked, trying to imagine how that would possibly work. The ninja usually try to fit in with everyone else when they're not on missions.

"Oh, no!" Skylor replied. "The three of us will fly on my Elemental Dragon, we'll hop off a few blocks away, and then walk the rest of the way."

"Oh, okay," I responded. "But then why are we in the garage?"

"To get a soda of course!" Skylor replied as she opened their black mini fridge and pulled out a Sprite.

"Oh...," Pixal and I gave her a confused look.

"What?" Skylor asked.

"Never mind," Pixal and I replied at the same time.

"Well, let's get going!" Skylor told us. We followed her outside as she formed her beautiful Amber colored Elemental Dragon. She helped Pixal and I up before she jumped up.

3rd POV

The three girls walked through the entrance to the mall, and Harumi looked around the huge building and at the numerous stores.

"Where should we go first?" Pixal asked Harumi.

"Ummm... I don't know, I don't go shopping that often," Harumi admitted.

"Well, let's go here first then," Skylor said, pointing to a large clothing store. "We can probably find you a nice shirt there. Or would you want a dress instead?"

"Uh, maybe I could look at both options," Harumi replied.

"Okay, that'll work," she replied. The three girls entered the store and began searching for a dress first.

"Rumi! What about this one!?" Pixal shouts. Harumi runs over to her as Pixal shows her a simple light blue sleeveless dress with little pink flowers sprinkled all over it.

"It's cute, but maybe something a little warmer?" Harumi tells the female nindroid.

"Gotcha," Pixal replied.

"What about something like this?" Skylor asked from another aisle. Harumi looked up and saw Skylor holding up a light purple long sleeve dress with lace around the neck and sleeves in one hand. In her other hand, she held a pair of brown boots above the clothing rack.

"I was thinking you could wear this with these boots and some leggings," Skylor explained. "What do you think?"

"It's really cute!" Harumi replied. "I like the boots too!"

"Great!" Skylor smiled. "We can get this, and let's find a nice shirt for you just in case."

Harumi followed Skylor and Pixal around the store, but none of them found a shirt that Harumi liked.

"Let's try another store," Pixal told the other two.

"Okay," Skylor replied as they walked to the checkout line. Pixal immediately went to the candy and tried to decide on one.

"Come on Pix, we gotta go!" Skylor told the nindroid after she had finished paying for the outfit.

"Hold on, I wanna get a chocolate bar," Pixal replied without looking up.

"PIX!" Skylor shouted again.

"BUT I WANT CHOCOLATE!!"

"Fine, hurry up," Skylor rolled her eyes. Pixal quickly picked out a chocolate bar, payed for it, and caught up with the other two.

"Alright, where to next?" Skylor asked Harumi.

"What about that one?" Harumi replied, motioning toward a smaller store.

"Sure!" Skylor responded. The three of them entered the store with Skylor leading them.

"There's a bunch of nice shirts over here!" Pixal shouted, running off to search for a good one.

"The chocolate is probably starting to affect her," Harumi whispered to Skylor. The Elemental Master of Amber giggled in response.

The two girls followed Pixal and occasionally held up a cute shirt for the others to see. Finally, Pixal found a cute grey sweater with a sparkly pink heart in the center.

"AHH I love it!!" Harumi exclaimed.

"Great!" Skylor said. "Do you want to get some jeans to go with it or wear leggings?"

"I'll just wear my leggings and a pink scarf I have," Harumi replied.

"Okay," Pixal said. "And the boots we got will go well with it too."

"Yeah," Skylor responded, looking at the sweater again and picturing how it would look together.

"Let's go checkout then," Harumi told them.

"Hang on, I wanna get this shirt," Skylor said, holding up a red T-shirt with 'Girls Rule' written in gold on it.

"Don't you ever get cold?" Harumi asked. "You always wear T-shirts."

"No, not really," Skylor laughed.

The girls checked out both of the shirts and payed for them. Just then, Harumi realized it was nearly two o'clock, and they hadn't eaten lunch yet.

"Hey, let's get something to eat before we go," Harumi offered. "I'll pay, you guys already bought a lot for me." Pixal and Skylor nodded and followed Harumi.

"Does Chick-fil-A sound good?" Harumi asked the girls.

"Mmm, yes!" Pixal replied immediately.

"You already had a whole chocolate bar," Skylor reminded her.

"Yeah, but I'm still hungry!" Pixal replied.

"Alright, come on," Harumi interrupted the argument between the two. They entered the restaurant and agreed on a Chicken Sandwich for each of them. Harumi payed for their order and they fixed themselves a soda while they waited for their food.

The waitress brought their order and the girls agreed to just eat on the way back. Pixal had already devoured her waffle fries though...

Skylor and Harumi finished theirs by the time they made it out of the mall. All three girls finished their sandwiches as they walked toward the alley where Skylor landed her elemental dragon.

Once she re-formed it, the girls hopped on and flew back to Headquarters in silence.
