In The Carriage...

After treating Jimin's wounds, they started off to the Dukedom.

Damon and Jimin are in the carriage while Lee Soo-Hyuk is outside on the horse and some shadow knights are following the carriage from all sides.

"How are you feeling now?" Damon looks worried.

"I am feeling better now..." Jimin answers looking out deep in thought.

"What happened?" Damon asks seeing Jimin so quiet.

"Is it okay for me to come with you? I don't want to trouble you," Jimin answers.

>>>Although I want to meet the villain my favorite character of the novel...

"You aren't troubling me, Jimin. I already told you that I need you," Damon signifies.

Jimin nods, "How are Adrian and the children doing?"

"They'll be fine, don't worry," Damon states.

He isn't the one to comfort anyone but strangely he is patient enough to answer Jimin's repeated worried questions. Lee Soo-Hyuk who has been just beside the carriage listening to his young master is astonished.

Finally, they reach the palace of Dukedom. It's a humongous one which is just 3 inches less than the emperor's palace. The huge gates open as they see the flag of Jeon's which consists of a big black wolf glaring with red eyes.

The flag is the symbol of terror to its enemies and assurance to allies in the war. It's so famous that even a kid in the Florence Kingdom knows about the symbol.

Jimin looks mesmerized by the enormous palace. He never saw one till now. His eyes sparkle seeing it.

Damon who is watching him smiles unconsciously seeing the curious eyes of Jimin.

"Your highness, the young master is here with his guest," Jackson informs the Duke.

Duke Jungkook just nods and looks out of his window, "Let's go greet our guest," he smirks which is not seen by Jackson.

Damon and Jimin come out of the carriage. All the servants present their bow down. Jimin looks at them amazed.

>>>The author did write that the Villain's Dukedom is not less than the emperor's place, to think that I will be seeing it with my own eyes...

Duke Jungkook comes out along with his butler Jackson. Lee Soo-Hyuk seeing his master immediately goes to him and kneels in front of him.

"Your highness, shadow knights informed me that you were looking for me?" He asks bowing his head.

"Nothing, you can retire for the day, I will talk with you tomorrow," Duke Jungkook dismisses him.

Lee Soo-Hyuk nods and gets up standing beside Jackson that's when Jimin clearly sees the Duke.

Duke Jungkook also sees Jimin who is looking at him with widened eyes.

"JUNGKOOK?!!!" Jimin immediately runs to him screaming his name and hugs him tightly.

All the servants and maids close their mouths in shock. Jackson loses his balance and falls on Lee Soo-Hyuk who catches him also with a stunned expression.

The shadow knights and black knights unsheathe their swords thinking that Jimin is going to do something to the Duke.

Damon who never shows any expression on his cold face for the first time shows how surprised he is with his mouth wide open.

>>>I know Jimin is fearless but I didn't know he wishes to die soon...

Damon composes himself before anyone could see his stunned expression.

Everyone is taken aback by Jimin's sudden action but the one who is shocked the most is Duke Jeon Jungkook himself.

Jimin hugs tighter, "Jungkook! You are here too, you know I was so scared thinking that I am the only one here. I didn't know anyone and everyone are unfamiliar to me. Thankgod, I get to see you. How did you get here? Do you know how to go back? I don't want to be here anymore, let's go back to our world."

He goes on rambling while Duke Jungkook stood still with a stupified expression on his face, blinking his eyes as he is flabbergasted by him.

Jimin breaks the hug and cups his face, "Yah, why are you not saying anything?"

>>>Yah???

Duke Jungkook doesn't speak anything more like too stunned to speak hearing someone talking down to him.

Damon, seeing Jimin cupping his father's face and talking rudely to him, immediately goes to him to save his life.

He tugs his shirt, "Jimin, what are you doing, leave father before he gets angry."

Jimin frowns hearing that "I am not holding your father, Damon. I am holding my Dongsaeng Jungkook."

"D-Dongsaeng?" Jackson faints finally on Lee Soo-Hyuk.

"Jimin-shi, I don't know what you're talking but you are being rude to the Duke, please step back if you don't want to die here," Lee Soo-Hyuk warns.

Hearing that Jimin looks at Duke Jungkook and hugs him again getting scared, "See, Jungkook. Everyone is threatening me and trying to kill me. Today, if not for Damon those bastards would have...*hic*"

Jimin starts sobbing hard in his arms. Duke Jungkook without knowing raises his hand and pats his back, comforting him.

"Jimin!" Damon sighs, face-palming not knowing what to do.

"Son, you sure found a weird specimen," Duke Jungkook finally speaks.

Damon rolls his eyes while Jimin breaks the hug wiping off his tears and looks at him, "Weird specimen? Yah, how dare you call me that?"

Damon and Lee Soo-Hyuk are shocked, hearing that.

Duke Jungkook raises his eyebrows, he pinches Jimin's jaw with his fingers, "I don't know why you are like this, but I am not patient enough to play along with you anymore. If you talk down again, your tongue will be separated from your mouth."

Jimin's spine shivers hearing the deep and low voice of Duke Jungkook. He steps back a little, "Jungkook, you too?"

Duke Jungkook frowns, "Why are you calling my name so casually as if I am your friend or something? Did we ever meet each other?"

"Huh?" Jimin gets bewildered.

"Jimin, why are you like this? He is my father, Duke Jeon Jungkook, the battle king of the Florence Kingdom. Even though I hate it we at least have to show him some respect," Damon voices out.

"Tsk!" Duke Jungkook clicks his tongue hearing his son.

"Your father? Duke Jungkook?" Jimin steps back more.

He is shocked to the core cause he didn't pay attention to the name of the villain in the novel cause the author always mentioned him as the Villanous Duke, the bloodthirsty Duke, the battle king but never specified his name throughout the novel.

He too always called him a villain along with the other readers and not even one discussed Jungkook being the villain of the novel.

>>>Why is my Jungkook the villain? It's unfair! That fucking author!!!

>>>That means Jungkook went through all that in the novel and died at the end? What the fuck!

Jimin clutches his hair getting a headache. "Jimin?" Damon looks concerned.

"What's happening-" Jimin mumbles and loses consciousness. He is about to fall but Duke Jungkook steps forward and holds him.

Damon furrows his eyebrows seeing that. "Shadow knights," he calls and they appear in seconds before him.

"Carry him inside and call the imperial doctor," Damon commands.

"No need," Duke Jungkook rejects immediately and carries the younger in his arms.

"Your highness, you don't need to-," Lee Soo-Hyuk is about to refute but his master signs him to shut up.

"Father?" Damon calls.

"I will take him inside, call the doctor," He orders and goes inside carrying him.

Damon looks dissatisfied by it but his priority now is Jimin so he orders the knights to bring the imperial doctor to the palace at once and follows his father inside.

Duke Jungkook is looking at the weightless body he is carrying,

>>>His face looks peaceful now...

>>>You dared to hug me in front of everyone, how brave of you.

>>>What are you planning? Are you a spy? You attracted the attention of my son first and now mine.

>>>Your hug didn't feel unfamiliar to me, your body just fit right in my arms as if its meant to be.

>>>Who are you? Where are you from? Why do you have that look on your face when you saw me? As if...love-

Duke Jungkook shakes his head and goes inside a room. He places the younger gently on the bed and turns to see his son.

"I forgive his rudeness for today, don't let your little guest make the same mistake again. I will not be lenient anymore."

"I understand," Damon bows and he leaves there.

"Lee Soo-Hyuk," He calls while walking through the corridors toward his office.

"Yes, master," He answers immediately.

"Look through that little guest. I need every little information on him. I doubt that he is a wizard," Duke Jungkook orders.

"I doubt that too," Lee Soo-Hyuk takes the order.

>>>Cause he is alive after what he did to you today and you are as calm as a priest that I can't believe my eyes.

"And after the check-up, tell the imperial doctor to come to my office without Damon's knowing," the Duke commands.

"Yes, your highness," Lee Soo-Hyuk bows and leaves.

In The Seoul...

Jimin is sleeping peacefully on the couch holding the phone when Taehyung arrives there after doing his makeup.

He sits beside his soulmate and sees him in deep sleep.

"He fell asleep playing with the phone? Pabo," Taehyung takes his phone.

His eyes fall on the story and mumbles, "Is Jimin reading fanfic now? That too Taejin ship?"

>>>Let's see what the story is about...

Taehyung starts reading it. He slowly gets into it, laughs and giggles, and then cries in some chapters cursing Jin.

"Wah, Jin Hyung is really the tyrant!" He comments. Then the next second he becomes shy and blushes hard reading the NC scene between him and Jin.

"What the hell is this? Aaaaah!"

He then reads more and cries harder at the scene of the villain dying.

"What? Why the hell must the villain die? I know we both got a happy ending but why the villain and his son Damon had to die like this? It's brutal! I refuse to accept this ending!"

He screams in frustration. He goes to the author's DM and sees that Jimin had already sent the message.

Then he too types a message asking the author why both the villains had to die like that. And the next second he falls asleep on Jimin's shoulder.

Somewhere In The Vespian Kingdom...

"Yah! You bitch! Wake the hell up! How dare you sleep without working? We are starving to death!" A woman in her 40s is screaming her lungs out while kicking a boy.

The boy opens his eyes in irritation and gets up rubbing his bleary eyes.

"See this bitch waking up like a prince! You fucking mongrel, get up quickly and go do the chores!" She screams again grabbing the boy's hair.

The boy winces in pain and pushes her with his strength she falls to the ground. "You! How dare you push me?" She shouts.

"Ugh, what the hell?" The boy looks confused seeing his surroundings.

He looks at the woman and the room which is looking so dirty and cramped.

"Where am I?" He mumbles.

"Have you lost your mind?" She yells and a girl comes there hearing the screams.

"What the heck are you doing standing still? Hold him, he dares to push me," The woman shouts.

The girls, "Yah, Tae! How dare you push my mom? Do you have a death wish? Oppa! Come here!" She calls her brother holding him.

"Why? What happened?" A boy in his 18's comes there.

"See, this bastard didn't wake up to do the chores and when I come here to wake him up he dared to push me," The woman screams.

"This bitch!" The woman's son is about to punch the boy when he grabs his hand.

"What the fuck!" Taehyung looks mad.

>>>Who the hell are these people, where the hell am I?

"Let go of my hand! You fucker!" The woman's son struggles to free his hand.

"Henry! What the hell are you doing? He is weaker than you, what are you playing?" The woman shouts and adds, "Emily, help your brother."

>>>Henry? Emily? Wait, aren't these names of my step-brother and step-sister in the novel?

"Olivia Wales?" Taehyung points at the woman.

"How dare you call my name, you insolent wretch!" Olivia stands up while struggling.

"Haha, then it's true. Olivia, my stepmother who torments me all day. Henry, my stepbrother who likes to beat me up whenever he is frustrated. Emily, my step-sister who always pranks me and gets me in trouble."

Taehyung points at the three of them and makes them flustered.

"What the hell are you spouting?" Henry grabs his collar.

"Hehe, Henry. I am glad to see you," Taehyung chirps squeezing his cheeks.

"What the-" Henry gets confused.

Taehyung pushes them away and gets out of the basement room and goes out of the house.

His eyes widen as he witnesses the surroundings, big green trees, small houses, chirping birds, and village people doing their chores.

"Yay!!! I am in the novel, so fun!" Taehyung beams in happiness.

"Yay!" Taehyung chirps again thinking of a plan to cross the border of the Vespian Kingdom.
