Author's P.O.V:-

At Jeon's Palace...

Damon after finishing his heir classes for the day is walking through the corridors hurriedly as he promised someone that he will go to him.

When he bumps into something strong and falls to the ground. He looks up to see his father standing in front of him with as usual cold expression on his face.

"Aigo, Young master. Let me help you," Jackson who is just beside the Duke offers to help his young master.

"No need," Damon gets up on his own.

"Why are you in a hurry?" Duke Jungkook asks without even looking at his son.

"I need to go somewhere," Damon replies also not looking at his father.

Jackson sighs.

>>>Aish, why are these both like this? Who'll believe they're father and son when they don't even look at each other while talking?

"I heard you went out the other day, what was it for?" Duke asks.

"Do I need to report everything?" Damon questions back.

"There is no need. Anyways, I have my ways to know." Duke Jungkook gives a smug look at his son who looks pissed.

"Tsk! See, old man-" before Damon could speak more he is been lifted into the air by his collar.

Jackson and other servants gasp in shock seeing that.

"I am your father, don't you dare use that sharp tongue of yours in front of me, until you become stronger than me, understood?" Duke Jungkook warns.

If it was any other seven years old child he would be scared out of his wits and have been in tears but no, it's Jeon Damon we are talking about.

He rolls his eyes, "Wait till I get old, you are the first one I am going to kill, my beloved father."

"I am waiting for it, my beloved son," Duke Jungkook smirks and places his son on the ground and is about to leave when,

"Insomnia... you have it too. Why don't you try the oil I use? You already got the news of how effective it is, didn't you father?"

"Don't you want me to die? Why are you acting worried all of a sudden, my son?"

"Tsk, I am worried that you'll die before I get to kill you. So, stay healthy till I grow up, then I will escort you to hell with my own hands, father."

"That's so sweet of you, son."

Duke Jungkook and Damon smirk looking at each other and depart their ways.

Jackson shakes his head,

>>>Is that how normally a family talks? These Jeons are all weird. Now I know why my father used to have high blood pressure, I should start taking medicines now.

"Your highness, should I tell the maid to put the oil on your bed?" Jackson asks.

"Hm," Duke Jungkook leaves for his office.

>>>His reply is as short as always.

>>>He talks with his son but that's all about the warning and threatening each other to kill,

>>>Is there anyone in this world who could make him talk more than one sentence without threatening?

Jackson sighs,

>>>Maybe not.

At The Flower Shop...

Jimin who was sleeping peacefully just an hour back is now in the middle of the street, on his knees held by some soldiers.

The street is surrounded by people and they're whispering among themselves,

"What are they doing to that poor boy?"

"Can't we do anything to help Jimin?"

"We can't, he is count Lester. He even has connections with Duke Jungkook."

"What? But isn't he picking on that kid, is there no way to help him?"

"What if we all beg him to leave him?"

"Didn't you see, they beat Adrian too because he stood up for Jimin, he was just a kid."

"Then what should we do? If things go like this they'll...*sobs*"

"I don't want to see Jimin going through this, he shouldn't have provoked that count yesterday."

"That evil old hag is also responsible for this, he was waiting for his chance to make Jimin's life miserable."

"Please, god! Send someone to help this poor boy, he always helped us don't do this to that kid."

"Now, do you know your place, bastard? How dare you insult me yesterday?" The count grabs Jimin's chin.

"Take your hands off me, you shit!" Jimin glares.

He and Adrian were sleeping when some soldiers broke the door and barged into his flower shop. They hit him and dragged him out.

When Adrian tried to stop, they didn't even show mercy on the kid and kicked him until he lost consciousness.

Jimin's head and the corner of his lips are bleeding due to the hits he took.

"You still have some nerve, huh? You refused to become my concubine, how about becoming a comfort boy to all my soldiers then? What do you think boys?" The count smirks and looks at his men.

They all laugh and answer, "Thank you, sir. We will enjoy him."

Jimin tightens his fist and looks at Adrian who is still unconscious and bleeding heavily,

>>>Why was I so careless?

>>>How did I forget that this isn't Seoul? And no one can protect me.

>>>Here only people with noble titles are treated like humans, and common people are used by those monsters however they wanted.

>>>I should have stayed put, now because of me, Adrian...what if something happens to him?

>>>What should I do? How can I save him?

Jimin's eyes well up and a tear drops to the ground.

"You should have just stayed silent as you always did, now you'll be treated nothing more than a cattle, Jimin" The old hag whispers in his ears.

"Piss off, you motherfucker!" Jimin spits on him.

"This bitch!" The old hag wipes off his face and pulls Jimin's hair in anger.

"Your highness, the count. How about I use him first? I want to see him beg us and cry for help," The old hag asks grinning ear-to-ear like a maniac.

"You have my permission," The count smirks.

"Rip off his clothes!" "Rip off his clothes!" The soldiers cheer loudly clapping their hands with lust-filled eyes.

Jimin for the first time in his life gets scared out of his wits. He never would have imagined that this will happen to him.

He was an idol, admired and respected by people but now that he is in the novel, he is just a mere commoner, who will be stepped upon by the bastards with noble titles.

The old hag goes to rip off Jimin's clothes and all the people close their eyes not wanting to see the terrible thing happening to him.

"Please, somebody save him," an old Ajhumma prays, tears in her eyes.

Jimin shuts off his eyes, trembling in fear when all of them hear an ear-piercing scream and Jimin feels that his face has been splashed by a warm liquid.

He opens his eyes and sees the old hag screaming loudly holding his hand which is bleeding heavily as his palm is separated from it by a sword and is laying on the ground in front of him.

Jimin's eyes widen in shock, he never saw such a scene in front of him. He froze in fear.

All the people, count, and the soldiers panic seeing that and turn their heads to see who did that when a boy walks poised towards him.

Only his body is of a seven-year-old kid, but the aura he is emitting is not less than the devil on a hunt. His preying eyes are making everyone shiver to their core.

"Damon," Jimin mumbles as tears flow through his eyes.

"Jimin," Damon runs to him and holds his face in his palms looking worried.

Jimin immediately hugs him and sobs harder. Damon gets taken back by that but he eventually pats the elder's back trying to comfort him which he never did.

"Who the hell are you kid? How dare you do that in front of me?" The count shouts.

Damon sneers and looks at the count, "Sir, Lee Soo-Hyuk," he calls.

And immediately a man in a black suit looking paler than a vampire with a cold look appears out of nowhere holding a long sword in his hand and he kneels in front of Damon.

"Your order, your highness," He asks.

"Wipe them off," Damon commands and adds, "Ah, do it silently, I don't want to hear their screams."

"As you wish, your highness," Lee Soo-Hyuk bows and turns towards the count and the soldiers.

"Just a minute, Jimin," Damon closes his eyes.

The people look horrified seeing the sight of Lee Soo-Hyuk, the head of shadow knights of Jeon Dukedom nicknamed as 'Killer Vampire', killing them effortlessly.

Before those people could process what's happening to them, their souls are already on the journey to hell.

Lee Soo-Hyuk wipes off the blood on his face, he looks like a vampire from hell and walks towards Damon, "Done, your highness."

Damon nods and takes off his hands from Jimin's eyes. "Don't look," he turns him.

"Damon...Adrian," Jimin points to the boy.

"Ajhumma, take care of that child," Damon orders.

The Ajhumma takes Adrian in her arms and goes to the carriage.

One of the people recognizes them,

"Isn't it Prince Damon, son of Duke Jungkook?"

"Yes and the killer vampire of the kingdom, Lee Soo-Hyuk?"

Their eyes widen and immediately kneel on the ground, bowing to them.

Jimin goes inside the flower shop which is all destroyed, he looks at all the plants that are wilted.

He remembers how the florist Jimin set up the shop for the first time. He feels nostalgia as tears well up in his eyes.

"Is being born as a commoner a sin in this world, Damon?" He asks as he takes the wilted plant in his arms.

Damon sighs and extends his hand when Lee Soo-Hyuk gives a white hanky from his pocket to him.

He takes it and goes to Jimin, "I don't know since I am born a prince, Jimin."

That answer strangely made Jimin relax.

He holds his face and wipes off the blood. "Don't cry anymore."

>>>I want to see the eye smile you showed me yesterday.

>>>That bastards how dare they lay their hands on Jimin, should I kill them again?

"Thank you, Damon. I was so scared," Jimin hugs him.

Lee Soo-Hyuk's eyes widen seeing the scene,

>>>This guy sure has the guts to hug his highness.

But to his surprise, Damon pats him, hugging back.

"What will you do now?" Damon asks.

"I don't know," Jimin looks lost.

He didn't know what to do now because he isn't the original owner of the flower shop. He doesn't even belong in this world.

Even though he feels the people around him are familiar due to the retained memories of florist Jimin, he knows no one here. He doesn't know how to go back.

"Come with me," Damon commands.

"Eh?" Jimin and Lee Soo-Hyuk look surprised at the same time.

"You can't make the oil here for me as the shop is ruined and you can't repair it. I need to sleep, so come with me to the Dukedom, I will provide you a place to live while you make me oil for my sleep. Isn't that a good deal?"

Damon looks here and there while answering,

Lee Soo-Hyuk smirks,

>>>His highness sure knows how to beat around a bush just like his father. He just can't admit that he wants Jimin by his side.

Jimin blinks his eyes,

>>>If I go to the Dukedom along with Damon then I can see the Villian too, right?

>>>If I help Damon and the Duke to overcome their insomnia then maybe I can change their fates just a little...maybe?

>>>But what about me? How can I go back? I tried sleeping on the bed but it doesn't work, what should I do?

"Pack your bags," Damon orders.

"I didn't say I will come with you," Jimin pouts.

Damon smiles,

>>>Cute...

Then he composes himself, "Ahem, I need you," He replies with all seriousness.

Jimin looks stunned hearing that and answers without a second thought, "Ok."

He tries to walk towards his room but hisses in pain clutching his head.

"What happened, Jimin?" Damon looks concerned.

>>>I never thought there would be a day I would see the young master's worried expression.

Lee Soo-Hyuk goes to Jimin, "Forgive me for my rudeness."

He lifts Jimin in his arms. "S-Sir?"

"You lost too much blood, you can't stand now." Lee Soo-Hyuk replies.

Jimin looks startled,

>>>Wait, isn't he the actor Lee Soo-Hyuk? That cunning author sure took the time to cast him in this novel.

"Your highness, I think we should stop at a nearby hospital to treat his injuries," Lee Soo-Hyuk says.

"Alright, let's do that," Damon nods.

"Ah, Damon," Jimin grabs Damon's finger as he is walking beside him.

"Yes, Jimin. Is there anything else?" Damon asks.

Lee Soo-Hyuk looks amazed by their interaction.

"The orphanage, children..." Jimin mumbles as he loses consciousness.

"I will take care of it," Damon assures and looks at Lee Soo-Hyuk.

"I understand, " He nods and calls one of the shadow knights to take care of it.

At Jeon's Palace...

"Where is Lee Soo-Hyuk?" Duke Jungkook asks while reading a document on his table.

"The young master summoned him," Jackson informs.

Duke Jungkook looks amazed, "Didn't he just go to a flower shop? Why did he summon him? Is that kid planning a massacre or something?"

"Black knights spying on the young master informed that some people angered him," Jackson replies.

And then a messenger arrives, Jackson talks with him and looks at his master,

"Your highness, the shadow knights informed me that the young master is bringing a guest here," Jackson relies on the information.

"A guest, you say?" Duke Jungkook looks outside the window deep in thought.
