Chapter 20

Two days later, we find ourselves getting ready to dock, to go retrieve our last wedding guest, Nero. The past two days were good ones, with the girls deciding to stay, and officially join the crew. Our family expanded, though everyone was happy about it. We got Sara with little to no trouble, and the girls even helped me find a dress, along with a few other things. It gave me a chance to get to know them better, and though with time I'll learn more about them, I already accept them as part of our family now. The boys all accept them too, and I suspect they all have a thing for their new roommates, though none have outright done anything about it yet.

Me, and the girls are gathered on the deck, for we declared this a girls only mission, with only Eduardo, and Captain knowing the specifics. Eduardo hands us a map, for he was the one who found Nero for me, through some contacts he had. "Be careful. I know you can all handle yourselves, but be aware. You're headed into bandit country, and it might not be easy to get in to see him. He leads a gang called the Red Fang." Eduardo informs us, as he points out a few things for us on the map. "Good luck." he adds, and I stifle a laugh as I watch him ruffle Penelope's hair playfully, before returning to the upper deck.

We all head towards town, making our way to the bandit hideout. "Do you think we might have to fight our way in?" Cecilia asks, glancing my way as we walk.

I shrug."Most likely. I'd like to avoid it, if possible though." I say meeting her gaze, and she nods.

"Well, we're ready for a fight if it comes down to it." Kris adds, smiling, prompting laughs from everyone. She has a fiery spirit when she fights, and though I don't think she particularly goes looking for trouble, I think she doesn't mind a good fight when one presents itself.

"So you've never actually met him before right?" Luna chimes in, raising an eyebrow at me in question, and I shake my head.

"No, I haven't. I only know him through what Nate has told me." i answer, shrugging.

"But if he doesn't know you, do you think he will listen to us?" Penelope asks, her brows furrowing in thought.

"She makes a good point." Cecilia agrees with her, and even I have to admit, it's something I hadn't exactly thought of.

I nod."Good point. Honestly, I'm hoping he will. It might be a fight to get in to see him, I'm just hoping it's not a big one." I add, looking at the girls. I really hope it doesn't come down to a fight, not really wanting to drag them into this. They have all already been such a big help, I'd hate to drag them here for a big fight. I should have thought this through better. "Maybe we should go back. I'd hate to drag you all into a big fight, I really don't know what to expect." I add, addressing all of them.

"We can handle ourselves fine Arabella. We know you're trying to do something nice. Don't worry." Cecilia says kindly, placing a hand on my shoulder gently, as she tries to reassure me. I smile at her, thankful for her kindness. Thankful for all of them.

"Hey, we knew what we were getting ourselves into when we agreed to come with to bandit country. We can do this." Kris adds, giving me an encouraging smile.

"We got this, Arabella. We can handle some bandits." Penelope chimes in, a determined look in her eyes.

Luna nods in agreement."We've gotten this far, we need to see it through." Luna adds, smiling, and I can't help but smile at all of them.

"Thanks, for everything girls." I say, looking at all of them. We finally reach the edge of town, coming up on a big building, not that far from the mountains. "Well this is it." I announce, as we all approach the entrance.

"What business do you have here?" we hear suddenly, as a small group of men approach us from the building.

I step slightly forward."We're here to see Nero. We want no trouble, just to speak to him." I say, standing tall, as I meet the bandit's gaze.

He eyes us warily."Who are you? he isn't expecting anyone."

"We're part of the Sirius, I just wanted to speak to him, about a friend of his." i add, not looking away from him.

He turns to one of the other bandits, before drawing his sword."Let boss know we got pirates, though we should be able to handle this." he says, sending one of his men off.

I step back, drawing my own swords, and see the rest of the girls getting ready as well. "Look this doesn't have to come down to a fight." I say once more, as they rush us, the first ones sword clanging with mine.

They completely ignore what I just said, a group of them rushing to fight us. we fight the bandits, quickly, as more start to rush out to help them.

"Dammit, these idiots don't give up do they." Kris exclaims, as she takes down another bandit, her sword ringing out, as she moves on to fight the next one.

"They are being stubborn." Cecilia adds, taking down three more, with the crack of her whip, as she continues to fight as well.

"Wonder how many more they could possibly send out." Penelope chimes in, as she fights fiercely with her Katanna.

"Can't be too much more, at least before their leader finally comes to see whats going on." Luna adds, twirling around the bandits, with her eerie grace, her fans flicking gracefully around her, as she takes out the bandits as well.

"What the hell is this?" Someone shouts, and the fighting finally ceases. We all turn to look at the young man that shouted. We see a young man, wearing a blue vest, with white shirt underneath, a few buttons undone, sporting a blue bandanna, folded into a headband, with the same brown eyes and hair as Nathan.

"Holy Shiz he looks just like Nathan." Cecilia exclaims, voicing all our thoughts. "Are you sure they aren't real brothers?" she asks, glancing at me.

"As far as I knew no." I say, surprised.

"Nero?" I call out, and he turns toward me, raising an eyebrow in question, in a way I'm all too familiar with. "Look we told your men we didn't want to fight, but they wouldn't listen. I came here about Nathan, hoping you would want to see him." I add, after a moment, since he didn't say anything.

He walks towards us, a curious expression crossing his features. "I haven't seen Nathan in years, let alone heard from him. Last I heard he killed some girl then ran off." He finally says, meeting my gaze.

"He didn't kill her. Sara is very much alive, and Nathan was framed, so he couldn't come back." I answer, looking at him. Cecilia is right, he looks a lot like Nathan.. it kinda weirds me out how similar they look.

"First off, why should I believe you, and second, why isn't he here to tell me this then?"

"Are you saying you believe everything the fucking Navy says? For shits sake your a bandit. You should know they lie." Kris cuts in, drawing his attention to her, as she glares at him.

"He really was framed. Also, he's wanted, so I didn't bring him, and he also doesn't know I'm here. He's a Sirius pirate now, and he told me about how he felt bad not getting to see you anymore because he was on the run. How you were like a brother to him. I wanted to bring you to him as a surprise." I say, a slight pleading look in my eye as I look at him.

"Even if i did believe you, why would you  want to do something like that? What makes you want to reunite two brothers?" his chocolate brown eyes meeting mine. They remind me so much of Nate's.

"Because I love him, and it's the only thing I could think of to give him as a wedding present." I admit, running a hand back through my hair, as I keep looking at him.

He looks shocked for a moment, before he finally smiles at us. "Well alright then, I'll go. worst case, I have to fight my way out right?" He asks, shrugging as he starts to walk towards the way we came.

We all exchange confused looks, at his sudden agreement, before we start heading back. "So I didn't catch any of your ladies names?" he says, looking at all of us.

"I'm Arabella, this is Cecilia, Kris, Penelope, and Luna." I say, pointing to each girl as i introduce them.

"Nice to meet you all." he says, smiling at the girls. I catch him eyeing Kris, and I fight the urge to roll my eyes at him. "So you're marrying Nathan huh?" he ask, glancing at me, as we all walk back to the ship.

"Yes." I answer simply, wondering where he's going with this.

He starts laughing."Well okay then. He wasn't always very social, and kind of grouchy, that's all. Just curious what kind of girl wold put up with him." he says, still laughing.

"He can be kinda quiet, but he didn't seem all that bad to me." Luna chimes in, and I shoot her a grateful smile.

"So wait, are you his real brother?" Cecilia asks, and we all look at him. I was wondering the same, because they look so alike.

Nero nods."Yea. I didn't find out until a couple years back that we were real brothers though. It was pure coincidence that we met, and Nathan still probably doesn't know." he says, scratching the back of his neck in thought.

"I knew it!" Cecilia exclaims, prompting laughs from everyone. We finally reach the ship, and we quickly leave port, going to a nearby island, where Eduardo mentioned he had a friend that knew someone that would be willing to do the ceremony.

We bring Nathan to Nero, and the two catch up, chatting excitedly, though I don't see all of it, because the girls whisk me off to my room, insisting on helping me get ready, seeing as we would do the ceremony once the priest got there.

The girls chat excitedly, as they all gather in my room. "I'll do your make up." Penelope offers, as they have me sit down on the bed. She produces an array of different stuff, from a bag she brought with her into the room.

"Thanks." i say, as Penelope starts working on my face. Luna steps up behind me, and I feel her fingers start to run through my hair.

"I'll do your hair Arabella." I hear Luna add, as she starts untangling the rats nest I call hair.

"Okay lets see, we've got the veil, where did we put the flowers again?" Kris says, as she starts to dig through my closet.

"Hey Cecilia?" i call out, catching the blonde's attention.

                   "Yes?"

"Could you get Morgan please? I want to ask him if he will walk me down the aisle." I add.

She gives me a kind smile, before nodding. "Sure thing, I'll go get him." She answers before leaving the room in search of captain.

"Are you excited?" Penelope asks, her emerald green eyes meeting my brown ones. "Look up." she adds, as she brushes my lashes with mascara.

"Yea." i say, and feel a smile tugging at my lips, not quite able to help myself. "I honestly never thought I would get married." i add quietly.

"Really?" Luna ask incredulously, as she continues putting my hair up.

"Yea. I was on my own a lot before, so I never really thought about it. Even after I first joined the ship, I was just grateful for somewhere to go. Though after awhile it finally felt like I belonged." I say, thinking about when I first boarded the ship.

"Did you start to think about it more after meeting Nathan?" Kris asks, and I laugh.

"Actually when me and Nathan met, we didn't exactly get along at first. He didn't like other people in his kitchen, and I kind of forced my way in." I start, and the girls start laughing. "He got nicer though, though for awhile he was kinda still quiet. Though we started to hang out a lot, and it just happened. Though i didn't really expect him to propose. He did though, after I woke up. I was passed out for a couple days from a bullet wound, and he asked me after I woke up." I add, smiling at the memory.

A knock sounds on the door, and the captain, along with Cecilia walks in. "Captain, as you know, my father isn't alive, so would you please do me the honor of walking me down the aisle?" I ask, looking into his stormy grey eyes.

He gives me his usual smile, before answering. "Of course Arabella, Thank you for asking me." he adds, and goes to ruffle my hair, but Luna swats his hand away.

"Hey no touching her hair." she exclaims, shooing the captain, who laughs.

"Alright. Well, I'll leave you ladies to it, and see you out there." he says chuckling, as he leaves the room.

"You ready?" Cecilia asks, as I stand up.

"Yes. As I'll ever be." I answer smiling, as I look at all of them.

Cecilia helps me into my dress, one that they all helped me pick out. It was a simple white dress, a slim mermaid type dress, with a small train. Kris puts on my veil, and Penelope checks my make up one last time, before handing me my flowers. Luna inspects my hair, before giving me an encouraging smile.

"Thank you all for your help. I'm so glad you all joined the crew, and I'm proud to call you all my family now, seeing as the crew always feels like family to me. I'd be honored if you would all stand with me, as my bridesmaids. And I know I still have more to learn about each of you, I feel as though you are all the sisters I've never had." i tell them, trying not to cry from happiness. I finally have a family.

"Don't cry, you'll mess up your make up." Penelope chides, teasing me.

"Of course we'll stand with you, thank you." Luna chimes in, smiling at me, and I find myself smiling at all of them, as we head out of the room.

I watch the girls walk ahead of me down the aisle, in their beautiful dresses they had all picked out a day ago. I take captain's arm, and slowly make my way towards Nathan. Much to my surprise, the boys seem to have put him in a grey suit of sorts, and even managed to get him to ditch the bandanna for awhile. He looks so different from normal that I'm struck speechless, and stare at him, as I walk towards him.

I finally reach him, and Morgan hands me off to him, giving me a soft peck on the cheek, before going to sit down. Nathan takes my hand in his, as the priest recites the usual vows and promises. I can feel happy tears trailing down my face, and Nathan smiles, quickly wiping them away for me, before we both say I do. Nathan pulls me towards him, kissing me gently, as we hear clapping and the usual whistles from the boys. We pull apart reluctantly, facing our adopted family. I motion for the girls to line up, as I turn around tossing the flowers. I turn around, to find Penelope caught them, and I catch Eduardo glancing at her, a slight blush creeping across his cheeks.

We quickly start to bring out food and drinks, music playing in the background, just like any of our other parties, like we normally have under the full moon. The guys all start drinking, and dancing, and the usual out of tune singing form the boys. Nathan pulls me into a dance, and we talk quietly amongst ourselves, as we observe our friends.

"I was surprised you were able to find Nero tomboy, thank you." he says quietly, giving me a shy smile.

"Of course. I wanted to do something special for you, so I figured getting Sara and Nero here was a good idea." I add, giving him a smile of my own. "I'm glad they could be here for it, along with the girls as well. I was hoping they would stay and join. I think they guys might have a thing for their roommates too." I add, as I look out across the deck.

Nathan laughs."That may be, but whatever is meant to happen will. No meddling tomboy." he says chuckling, as he shakes his head, and I pout.

"Aw just a little? God only knows when the boys will make a move." I add, still pouting.

"Leave it alone Arabella. I want everyone to be just as happy as we are, but it will happen in it's own time." he chides softly, and I reluctantly nod. Besides, it doesn't mean I can't give things a gentle nudge when no ones looking....

"Tomboy, I mean it." he says more sternly, drawing my attention back to him. "I know how stubborn you are." he adds, laughing.

I nod, once again. We both go get something to drink, and watch everyone form the sidelines in amusement. We see Captain dancing with Cecilia, both laughing. Though Captain's hand keeps trying to creep lower, causing Cecilia to blush, but also quickly grab his hand, putting it back where it belongs. "Typical Captain." Nathan says laughing, next to me.

I catch Christopher pull Luna into a dance, though he still sings off key as they dance, she doesn't seem to mind, and she smiles kindly at him, before adding her voice to his. She has a beautiful voice, much more in tune, compared to Christopher.

We see Thomas dancing shyly with Sara, as the two chat quietly as they dance, a blush on both their faces.

Penelope and Eduardo chat animatedly, off to the side. Eduardo goes to ruffle her hair, and before he can, she quickly grabs his hand, leading him to dance, a mischievous glint in her emerald eyes, much to our astonishment.

"I think Eduardo finally met his match." I whisper quietly to Nate, as we watch Eduardo roll his eyes, as he lets the brown haired girl drag him out to the deck, a blush creeping across his face.

I glance towards Russell, to find him scowling, as he watches Nero pull Kris into a dance, the two chatting and laughing. I glance at Nate, before making my way over to Russell.

"Hey Russ." I say, nudging the pouting fencer playfully.

"Hey." he mumbles, not taking his eyes off Kris and Nero.

I roll my eyes, grabbing his hand, as I tug him out towards everyone else, to dance. "Dance with me?" I ask, but not really giving him much of a choice.

"Shouldn't you be dancing with Nate?" He asks, but lets me pull him along anyway.

I shrug."I did, and I will more later. Can't the bride dance with her friend?" I ask, teasing him, and he finally laughs.

                   "I guess."

"She's a hell of a girl.  You should make your move before someone else tries to take her first." I add, nodding towards Kris and Nero, and he sighs.

"I might be too late." he mutters, glancing back at me.

I shake my head."There's still time. You guys are great when your around each other. I see it, and she will too sooner or later. Fight for her Russ. If you really want her, fight for her. I'm rooting for you." I give him a smile, as the dance ends, and I wander off to mingle.

I catch Eduardo alone, as I see Penelope by the table, near the drinks. "Hell of a woman, never thought I'd see the day one could put you in your place." I tease the navigator playfully, earning a glare.

"Whatever." he shrugs, not meeting my gaze, looking towards Penelope instead.

I roll my eyes at him. "Deny it all you want, but I see how you look at her, and how you're different around her. You deserve to be happy Ed. Don't let her get away." I add, and leave him to his thoughts, walking on towards Cecilia.

"So is the Captain behaving himself." I ask her, earning a laugh form her,

"Hardly. Though does he ever?" she asks, still laughing.

"I suppose not. He seems fond of you though." I add, causing the blonde to nearly spit out her drink.

She clears her throat, glancing at me, a slight blush on her cheeks. "He seems fond of most women."

I shake my head."It seems different this time Cecilia. It might be none of my business, but I like you. I know you two bicker, but I think you like him. And honestly Cecilia? I think if anyone can tame captain, and get him to change his ways, it would be you." I add, smiling at her. She shrugs, but looks deep in thought, like she's considering my words. "Just a thought though okay?" I add, and walk off towards Christopher next.

"Hey Chris." I greet the doctor, as I stand next to him.

"Hey Arabella. Congrats you're a married woman now." he says, giving me a kind smile.

"Thanks. Nice girl isn't she." I add, not too subtly, as I nod towards Luna, who was currently chatting with Penelope.

He nods in agreement."That she is." he says smiling as he looks at her. He looks at her with a kind fondness, different than his usual kind smile that he gives everyone.

"You should make a move Chris, If you like her, do something about it." I tease him, and a blush creeps across his mocha cheeks.

He chuckles. "Am I that obvious?" he asks, meeting my gaze, and I shake my head.

"No. It's only because iv'e known you guys awhile, that i can tell. I don't think the girls notice yet though. Just think about it, okay?" I add, as I feel an arm wrap around my waist, pulling me.

I turn, to find a pair of chocolate brown eyes, looking into mine. Nathan. "I thought I told you not to meddle tomboy." he whispers in my ear, though I can tell he's fighting a smile.

A/N: Hi everyone!!! sorry this took so long!!! the next chapters shall be the pirate games!!! Thank you all for being apart of this, and giving me such great characters to work with!!!! Also, for all your fantastic ideas and input!!! those will all be coming into play in the next chapters! Since you guys gave me such amazing characters, these next couple chapters are going to be a little different. These next chapters are going to be from the boys point of view!! And I want to focus on you guys these next chapters, so I'm giving each of your girls a spotlight chapter, so to speak. Basically, I'm going to give you a longer part in the next chapters. I'm working on the drafts, including all of your ideas. So i'm going to do them from your guys perspective, and your with him most of the time, so kinda like a seeing you through his eyes type of deal. Now, i'm having so much fun writing it, and you guys gave me great stuff to work with, that these next ones might be kinda long. Now, I haven't decided on length per part yet, but I want to assure you that you will all have your turn, and they will all be equally as long. at this rate, i might end up giving you each your own chapter, at the most, or maybe a little under, but still pretty long.  So if you don't see yourself in the chapter, please don't freak out, thinking that I've forgotten you, I promise I haven't!!! You will all get a turn with a long chapter, so please don't think Ive forgotten you okay? I just can't fit everything in one chapter, so I'm going to do as much as I can per chapter. I really might end up giving each of you your own chapter, or close to it, or two of you per chapter. I promise you will all have a turn with this okay? I just really wanted to give each of you a bigger part, and focus on you and your pirate, so yea. Everyone gets a long chapter!! lol. And since you all gave me stuff to start with, and I'm already working on drafts, it wont take me like days between chapters. My goal is to do one a day, until you have all had your turn so to speak. Thats the goal, unless something comes up, in which case id post something letting you all know. But I should be doing one a day these next couple days here. Anyway, thanks for the input, and being patient, and for reading. If you want to add anything, let me know!

-Jinx.
