They found her, Vanya was going to be doing her recital at the Icarus Theater. Ryder hoped it would work but he was still nervous if they didn't then this would be the end of the world. Just like Five said it would be. "You nervous?" Klaus asks nudging Ryder's side as they're walking up the stairs. "Little bit, did you mean your promise that you said out there?"

It takes a second for Klaus to figure out what he meant, but when he does he smiles. "Yes, I promise." Klaus leans closer and kisses Ryder on the cheek. The group is almost close to the door when Alison puts her hand on Luther's chest, stopping the group.

I need to go alone the notepad that Alison hold's up, says. "What Alison, I can't let you do that, all right? She's beyond reasoning." Alison looks hurt before rolling her eyes.

"You hear the music? It's started." Diego says pointing towards the door. "Do you honestly think she's going to listen?" Ryder sighs, he has an idea but he knows that Klaus would hate it. "What if I go with Alison?"

Alison gives Ryder a dirty look making him raise his hands in protest. "Look, I'm a neutral party. I never agreed with how you guys locked her up. I can protect Alison if it will keep you at peace, even though she certainly doesn't need protecting." Ryder crosses his arms and looks at Luther and Klaus seriously.

"We don't have time for this if you can do it. Ryder go with her." Klaus gives him an encouraging nod. "Okay." Alison regards him for a second before nodding.

Alison looks at Ryder before nodding her head towards the auditorium. They run up the stairs, Ryder only looks back down at Klaus once. Taking a deep breath, he winks at Klaus before running towards the doors.

Ryder and Alison walk into the auditorium, Ryder glances at Alison when she stops in her tracks. She's watching Vanya play with wonder in her eyes. Ryder doesn't know anything about violins but he thinks that Vanya is playing well.

"Hey." Ryder nudges Alison who looks at him quickly before nodding her head at the stage, he looks back towards Vanya to see her smirking at the two of them. It happens quickly, Ryder sees Luther and Diego both run towards Vanya but before they can grab her she waves her bow and sends a white light across the room.

Diego and Luther fly through the audience landing on some audience members. The audience screams and starts running, instead of running out the door Ryder runs towards Diego and Luther. "Are you guys okay?" Ryder yells trying to the two men to hear him over the screams. "Yes, Where's Alison?" Luther asks, yelling.

Ryder nods towards Alison who was standing in the middle of the aisle looking shocked. His attention is turned towards the stage when the rest of the orchestra tries to stand up and run away from Vanya waves her bow again and a white light sends them sitting down, and they start playing again.

Vanya walks towards the middle of the stage and continues playing her violin. Ryder didn't see it but Diego and Luther did something to make her shoot another white light out of her bow. The three of them duck behind some seats. "Where is Klaus?" Ryder asks rubbing his fingers together.

"He's outside, told him to be the guard," Luther says huffing. "Well, I bet that seems like a stupid idea huh." Ryder spits out, tone full of venom. "We're fine thanks for asking," Luther says rolling his eyes. Ryder shakes his head, he watches as Alison bends down on the other side of them pointing towards Luther so Ryder pokes him and nods his head towards Alison. "I almost lost you once, all right? I wasn't about to lose you again."

"Alright, well so much for the element of surprise. What else do you got?" Diego says breaking up the conversation. Alison waves her hands back and forth. "No shit Alison, tell us something we don't already know." Diego gripes not understanding what Alison is doing.

"No you dummy, she's talking about the violin." The four of them peak around the seats to look at the bow when suddenly armed men come bursting through the door. They start shooting. "Where the hell is Klaus, he's supposed to be our lookout." At the mention of Klaus, Ryder's eyes glow orange.

"Get down," Ryder yells at them before standing up grabbing the attention of the shooters. Ryder raises his hand and makes the nearest gunman burst out screaming as Ryder makes the handle of the gun grow hotter and hotter until it's fused with his glove. "What's with all this lollygagging?" Five says as he pops in on the action.

"Five get down!" Five screams and rushes to hide behind a seat. Ryder huffs before closing his eyes making a ball of fire appear in his hands. He aims it towards the guys who are in the seats above them and fires. Ryder looks over to Klaus yelling.

His eyes widened as he watches a light blue ghost walks out of Klaus, the ghost screams and octopus tentacles grabbing every gunman in the room. Ryder's heart pounds as he runs towards Klaus, he's all the way across the room but he can still see the shocked looked on the Hargreeve's family's face which tells Ryder, they can see him too and this is the dead brother. "Now who's the lookout." Klaus jokes when Ben stops choking the guys.

Klaus turns around and looks at Ryder with a smile. "It's going down!" Ryder yells at Klaus when the building starts to rumble. "Vanya," Klaus whispers sadly.

Ryder and Klaus look at each other before they start to look at the stage, they watch as she is fully white. Sneaking a glance at the other end of the auditorium shows Ryder that the Hargreeve's siblings are doing the same thing, running to the stage.

"Vanya!" Ryder yells grabbing her attention. She swings her bow and grabs all of the siblings, Ryder gulps as Klaus is hovering in the air.

That's when Ryder sees it, he sees Alison right behind Vanya with a gun. He shakes his head rapidly but it's too late, a shot echos throughout the room. Ryder watches as the grip on Klaus and the other siblings drop and so does Vanya.

Expecting to see blood Ryder is surprised when a string of light bursts through the glass ceiling. Ryder glances at Klaus to see him running towards the stage along with the other siblings, so he does just that. "Is she alive?' Luther asks carefully. "Yeah." Alison whispers.

"Oh, thank god." Klaus sighs in relief sagging against Ryder. That's when Ryder looks up. "Uhh guys, does anyone see the giant floating rock coming towards us?" Ryder asks carefully.

"Well, we're screwed," Klaus says groaning. "Actually, not exactly. We can time travel, and this time I can take you with me." Diego looks at Five thoughtfully. "You can do that?" Five shrugs.

"I don't know. I've never tried it before."

Ryder huffs before nodding his head. "Why not." Ryder looks at Klaus nodding.

Luther grabs Vanya and they all grab hands, well Ryder grabs Diego's hand and Klaus's shirt. Ryder can tell the air shifts when a blue orb appears above them engulfing them.

"Hold on, it's gonna get messy!"

Ryder closes his eyes tightly, he never lets go of Klaus's shirt, not until he feels they safe on the ground. "Where are we?" Ryder asks opening one eye slowly. "I don't know," Klaus says beside him. They look around, they're in an alley but Ryder can't see any of the other siblings, just the two of them.

"Least we're together." Ryder jokes, knocking his shoulder against Klaus's. "Wanna start a cult?"

It's kind of open-ended but I thought you guys could decide for yourselves how Klaus and Ryder turn out :)

Like always, I will not be making a second book to this but I will probably be making another TUA book for more of my favorite characters.
