"What?"

Came two voices in the room but none of them were Abhay's voice. It was her parent's voice.

Abhay was just looking in her eyes and continuously chanting inside his head to give him patience to ignore her words.

His charcoal black eyes were locked with her amber brown ones and those eyes were speaking depths about what their lips can't say. So many emotions passing between them but none of them were uttering a single word.

"What are you saying?" Smita's voice disturbed their moment and they looked at her.

"You are saying that you will divorce Abhay?" Her dad asked.

"Yes." Vaish turned and replied.

"But why will you divorce the man you love?" Smita asked.

"I can't be with a guy whom my parents don't like." Vaish replied.

"So I will divorce him because you guys hate him."

"But you said you love him!" Smita screamed once again.

"That I do but family comes first. So I will divorce him." She repeated.

"Marriage is not a joke Vaishali! You can't go around marrying someone and then divorcing him." Her father said in a stern voice.

"But you guys hate him because he was late to the lunch, he is not a businessman, he openly opposed dad's decision. He can't even talk about his family openly. So I will divorce him." Vaish listed his bad qualities.

"He has his own reasons for everything. You should at least listen to his reasons before judging him. We raised you better than this Vaish. We trusted you for him. We are disappointed in you." Smita said in a flow and Vaish's eyes flashed with anger.

"You are disappointed in me?"

Vaish questioned with the fire in her eyes which could burn even hells and Smita and Vishal realised their slip.

They were not supposed to defend Abhay.

"You trusted me for him?" She asked again in a louder voice.

Abhay came by her side and gave them a blank stare but held her hand to support her. He will be by her side always just like she is by his side. They love each other and have promised to stand by each other no matter what the situations are!

"Answer me mom and dad? You trusted me for him? You raised me better? He is a nice guy! If you knew all this then what was the need for all this drama?" She asked with fury behind each word and her parents realised that now their truth was out.

"Princess!" Vishal tried to explain but Vaish cut him in between.

"Don't Princess me dad! None of this will help your case." Vaish said.

"Call your other partners too." Vaish said and within few seconds, Samay entered the room, followed by very guilty looking Pooja Jindal and Abhay was not at all surprised to see her.

"Vaishali!" Smita said in a sweet tone but Vaish was having none of it.

"Why mom and dad? Why guys? Why you played such a big game? You call us drama queen and king then why did you guys did such thing? You knew each and everything from the start! Yet you made us feel so helpless...

We were feeling so much guilt to hide away things from you when in reality you knew every single thing from the start...

Hell! You guys planned every single thing! From our meeting in Vegas, to our marriage, me coming in Mumbai, living in the same society as his, him working with me, to me working for JP group, every single thing was planned!

Me and Abhay, we were just pawns in your drama, which you were playing for your own entertainment. You guys planned for everything.

We were Planned To Be Together."

Vaish finally said the truth and all the people in the room fell silent, none of them even daring to oppose her.
