FAITH

As Mason leaned in closer, my breathing began to pace faster. I don't know why, but what I did know is I couldn't stop it. I have never felt this way with a guy. I've had many boyfriends in the past, but most were minor ones that weren't much to commit to a real relationship. I wasn't really allowed to date, anyways. My parents frowned upon that sort of thing. I've only ever been heartbroken once and I wouldn't even call that love.

"Ma...Mason?" I whispered, barely audible.

"Hm?" he asked, his gaze never leaving my lips.

I couldn't take the tease any longer. I put my arms around his neck and pulled him into me. There was a dangerous distance between our lips. His hands held my waist and suddenly he pushed me in and kissed me.

It was... How do I describe it..? It was definitely passionate and desirable but... It was very contradicting. The kiss was cold, yet warm. It was soft, but hard; slow but fast.

His tongue wandered around, asking for permission. It felt like all my organs had minds of their own, as my hands were riffling through Mason's hair, my lips answering his every call and fulfilling his every need, and my hips swayed into motion, matching Mason's.

He pulled apart and as soon as he did, my lips felt numb. My fingers instinctively touched my lips. It was fair to say that I felt as if I had been drugged because right now I was feeling high. OH MY GOD, COULD HE HAVE DRUGGED THE FOOD HE GAVE ME?!

I made a moaning noise, to stop him before he took advantage of me. However, he dismissed my struggles with pleasure and continued on. To my surprise, I didn't fight back. I...I wanted this

"Sir, Gabriel is--"

I heard a masculine voice by the door frame.

I quickly pushed Mason off of me, and... I completely failed.

He was too big for me to push off so instead he fell right on top of me.

"Mason..." I whispered, my breathing was shaking.

As if we hadn't just made out in front of a 7-year-old, Mason stood up, held my hand, and pulled me against him; all the while his smirk never left that handsome face of his.

"Were you making babies?" Gabriel asked.

I gasped loudly.

"That's not how you make babies, Gabe. You'll learn in a couple years time." Mason answered, STILL smirking.

"Stop smirking." I whispered to him, "Come on, Gabe! Let's go outside."

I walked over to Gabe and held his hand. I led him outside. There were toys scattered around, in an organized matter. Gabriel picked one out and we quickly formed a game. I was expecting Mason to join us, but he never showed up.

In about an hour later, we went inside for refreshments. We were laughing and drinking lemonade when one of the ladies that worked took Gabriel to give him a bath. As soon as they left, my phone started to ring. I didn't really look at the ID but picked up the phone, anyway.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Faith. Where are you? Where is your sister? Where is Jocelyn?" my mom questioned, sternly, on the other side of the line.

"Um. I'm out. I'm pretty sure Hope and Joc are together. Why..?"

"You three are coming to Jersey with the next available flight. Your father's buying the tickets now." Her voice was calm, yet, very, very stern.

You know when you're in trouble when your mom has that angry-mom-voice.

"Okay..Okay. Um. I gotta go. I'll call you later." I hung up.

"Hey, Faith. I'm sorry that took so long but I'm going to Jersey for the week. You can work from home, if you want." Mason informed me, walking into the kitchen with his phone.

I guess he was just on the phone, too.

"Actually, I'm going to Jersey this week, too. My mom just called and yeah..."

"Everything good?" he asked.

"I don't really know..." I trailed off, "...well, I gotta leave. See you later, Mace."

Waving goodbye, I turned around to walk out but I felt a grip from my waist.

"Where are you going without giving me a kiss?" he asked, pulling me into him.

"If I kiss you, you know it won't just be a kiss."

"Maybe it shouldn't just be a kiss..." Mason whispered, his husky voice coming back, again.

"But, Gabe..?"

"That's not a problem we can't fix." He pulled me closer to him.

I just couldn't resist this man. But, I didn't want Gabriel to catch us having sex - especially at this age.

The same lady that took Gabe upstairs walked into the kitchen, "Gabriel fell asleep, sir."

"Okay. You may leave early." Mason nodded.

Once she left, Mason picked me up bridal style and took me to his room. He laid me down on his bed.

"Gabe isn't a problem, anymore." He whispered in my ear.
