Allura had been working hard on her altean alchemy and magic with Lotor lately it seemed that she liked his company and knowledge.

"Ugh..." Said Lance as he plopped on to the sofa.

The mice scurried towards him.

"I should have seen this coming...why would she like some lame Cuban boy like me.." He said as the mice scurried to his side.

He giggled sadly, "At least I have you guys to talk to.." He started to cry a bit.

"I gotta go little guys.." he said setting them down gently as he walked away trying his best to keep his composure.

He walked down the hall his arm in front of his face as he passed Pidge who was tinkering with a piece of tech.

"Huh?....." She wondered seeing him rush by.

He made it to his room where he closed the door behind himself, Pidge followed.

"Lance?.." Pidge said knocking on the door, before knocking again she was interrupted by him saying "Go away...I'm sorry.." He said.

"Lance...I can tell something's up...do you want to talk about it over some Kill-Bot Phantasm 4?.." She suggested.

He opened the door his eyes looking as if he cried gallons, he smiled at her. "I guess that doesn't seem too bad."

"Lets go." Pidge said walking with him to find their game system.

Pidge and Lance played the game and talked, at this point Lance was laughing and having fun but ultimately losing to Pidge.

"So, why were you all mopey before?.." She asked as she won the game..again.

"Dang you're good at this game..oh......earlier?.." Lance said.

"Yes, I mean about before?.." Pidge responded.

"Oh..do you really need to know.." He said.

"Yes..I'd like to know.." She insisted.

"It's Allura a-and Lotor...I loved Allura...but I guess she thought I was as dense as a crater...and now I think she's falling for Lotor" He said mopely. 

"Oh..I see.." Pidge responded.

"Look at me I'm this fancy British alien prince from space ooooooo look at my flowy hair!!" She joked using a funny voice.

Lance laughed at her expressions and her impression of Lotor.

"Oh Lotor!!" She said in an Allura impression as she laid on Lances lap.

"My dear Allura!! Kiss me!!" He said making a funny face using a funny accent.

They laughed.

PIdge realized she was still on his lap and she jumped away blushing a bit.

"Are you ok?.." He asked.

"Y-yeah.." She smiled awkwardly.

"Well thanks for making me feel better Kat-I mean Pidge.." Lance said.

"Lance.." She said before leaving. "You can call me Katie if you want just not around every one else." She then walked off.

He smiled sweetly.

Several hours later...

Pidge was standing near her lion putting her helmet on getting ready to explore a planet with the rest of the paladins.

"Hey uh..A-Allura" Lance said to Allura.

"Yes Lance?" She responded.

"Um...are you sure you should trust Lotor...he still seems sketchy to me.." Lance said.

"Lance, I trust and respect Lotor, he's trying to help us." She responded.

Hey Allura, Lance is right not only for the team...for your safety too." Keith chimed in.

'Keith?..Why would he worry for Allura's safety?..unless!?...no..he doesn't..' Lance thought.

Hunk walked over to pidge who was glaring in Lance's direction.

"Hey Pidge, why are you looking at Lance?.." He asked.

"O-oh s-sorry I lost focus heh.." She said fixing her composure.

"Oh I see how it is.." Hunk said with a smug face.

"W-what do you mean by th-that!?" She said flustered.

"Don't worry..I'll keep your little secret about liking Lance." He responded.

"I-I don't like him!!" She yelled catching everybody's attention.

"Don't like who?.." Lance questioned.

"N-Nobody!!" Pidge said nervously putting her helmet on and scurrying away, her heart going a million miles an hour.

"Is she ok?.." Lance asked Hunk.

"Don't worry she'll be fine." Hunk giggled a bit.

They had finished exploring the planet and check its inhabitants for hostility.

Lance and Hunk were talking about how cool exploring the planet was while Keith talked to Shiro and Allura consulted with Coran. Pidge was once again tinkering with a piece of tech.

Pidge glanced over at Shiro and Keith, then at Allura and Coran and then at Hunk and finally Lance. She spaced out on him laughing and talking happily. Lance saw Pidge staring and he blushed and waved his hand in front of her face.

She regained her focus and blushed a bit and immediately went back to working on her piece of tech.

Lance looked confused. "Um are you ok?.." He asked as she started to sweat nervously, still not looking up at him.

"Y-yeah I'm fine.." She said still not looking at him.
