Lost

When they said to sleep,
As I had no passion to dream,
They crushed my passion to live,
And a chance to believe,
Which I never took,
Though the waves of agony shook,
All I wish is for some strong gust,
And I shall forbid their words of unjust,
For real or truth or false or right,
I still had a choice for a flight,
When they said I am a burden,
And beyond a sea to hurdle,
Whispers that once were some grant,

Those meaningful words of air
are the slaves of haunting nightmare,
And yet I cling into that foggy breeze,
Gaining my tears some time to release,
Only to move forth,
So not to dwell on my greedy soul......
