Tw: talks of sexual abuse and mention of rape (although it's only the word)

I need someone to tell me what i feel against my father valid because my parents are gilotyny tripping me into feeling bad because i found out it was sexual abuse i told my friend cuz i didn't know what to do she told welfare police + social services got involved and their just making me feel horrible. I need someone to tell me that what he did wasn't ok
He pretended to rape me and has sexually abused for around a year
And I need someone to just tell me that what I feel against him is valid

Abused becomes the abuser (he was abused growing up too)
