Two pokémon, a Chikorita and a Spinx, were walking through the forest.

"I know I heard something here Blaise!" The Spinx said, sick of being laughed at by her friend.

Blaise, the Chikorita, laughed. "Sure you did, Spark. Last time you said that and it turned out to be nothing."

"well this time i'm SURE it's something!" spark said proudly.

Blaise smiled and patted her friend with the leaf on her head.

She pouted then gasps and pointed with her little paws "there look!"

There was a little Riolu and mudkip on the ground knocked out.

Blaise looked shocked. "You were right! We need to help them!" She runs over to the two pokemon.

"i told you so..." she muttered and ran after.

The Mudkip was still knocked out, which isn't good, he could be dead. Or maybe he is just a heavy sleeper.

The riolu started waking up with grunt, then accidentally hit her paw and tail on him, causing him to wake.

Though Spark was ready to shock them awake cause her tail had electricity flowing on it

The mudkip, who was still half asleep, looked at the pokémon. "Pokémon?"

The riolu looked around confused "what the..."

"hello?" Spark got in their face, "who are you?"

Blaise pulled Spark back a bit. "Give them space, Spark."

The Mudkip tried to go back to sleep. "This is a dream, a weird dream, and very much a dream."

Spark backed away a little.

"here see if its a dream" she punched him in the arm.

"Ow!" He yelled. He cursed a bit. "Okay, so this isn't a dream, but that begs the question, why are we next to those two." He pointed at Blaise and Spark

Blaise frowned. "Okay?"

"are you not questioning how are we pokemon?! And why they are speaking and we can understand?! And where are we?! And how did we get here?! And-"

The Mudkip cut her off. "Silver, I am taking this one step at a time. I need to know who they are before anything else."

"im spark!" spark said happily and excited "who are you guys?!"

"My name is Colin, and this is my twin sister, Silver." The Mudkip answered for them, since Silver is to freaked out to talk.

Blaise nodded. "I'm Blaise, nice to meet you." She slightly bows in her Chikorita way.

silver growled "I can speak for myself colin"

Colin walked over to a puddle and looked at his reflection. "I'm a Mudkip. Interesting."

Silver joined him "so im a riolu. Cool."

Spark was confused "um why are you two acting like you never knew you were Pokemon?"

Colin turns back to Spark. "Well Spark, we were humans, but you know, we are now Pokémon. Which is weird."

Blaise looked at Colin. "That story is completely stupid."

"what are humans..?" spark asked confused

"uh people? How do you not know what humans are..." silver said

Blaise, who was a complete history and ancient lore master, bowed again. "Sorry for Spark's... ignorance. Humans, from what I understand, live in a universe where Pokémon are their friends, see. Humans are extremely intelligent."

"some..." silver mutters.

"thats cool!" spark smiles

"I guess." Colin says slightly bored.

"so um why and how did we get- whooa!!" silver was interrupted by a earthquake suddenly happening.
