Ok, let's talk about Bakugan.

It was my childhood back in the day. Like seriously, I still have some of the toys; the spheres and cards and stuff. I even have a Mechtogan as well.

I've recently rewatched all of the seasons, except for Bakutech. Bakutech doesn't count.

Here's my ranking (from least to best)

4. Mechtanium Surge
3. Gundalian Invaders
2. New Vestroia
1. The original

Yeah the original is way better than the other ones, though New Vestroia is also a great season as well. I loved how I believed the fake dragonoids were actually part of Drago's evolutionary state. It pisses me off that Cross Dragonoid and Helios MK2 never got an American release, better yet, where the hell were the other evolutionary Bakugan from New Vestroia?

I dig the Japanese version a lot.

It was sang by Psychic Lover, famously known for their Tokusatsu themes, Transformers Armada and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.

This was the first Japanese Bakugan theme I heard because I watched the Japanese version of Dan vs Masquerade. That theme also led me to my founding of the Super Sentai series and later, tokusatsu itself.

(I have more info on how I found toku, but I'm gonna quickly explain it here.)

The channel that had the Bakugan opening also had the opening to Magiranger then bada bing bada boom I learned about Sentai.

Did you also know there's a Bakugan manga?

I've read it before when I borrowed it at the library. They had a new chameleon Bakugan.

Oh yeah, before I end this, who's my favorite character?

Hmm.... I have no idea.

Maybe Dan. Compared to all main characters in shounen anime in the early 2000's, his development changed throughout the seasons; from a whiny kid to an actual leader at the end of the original season.

The Gauntlet has to be my favorite accessory because you can insert cards and form lightsabers as well. That wrist thingy in Gundalian Invaders sucks because it doesn't look good compared to the Gauntlet.

Shun is awesome as well. He's a fucking ninja.

My favorite Bakugan besides Drago (because that's like everyone's favorite) is Lazerman. He's better than Robotallion.

Nelvana, please release the OST for Bakugan. Japan did it, so why don't you?

At least do it when the reboot comes.
