Today has a been an extremely busy Saturday for the Creedon-Van Reekum family!

First, John and Grayson both had soccer games early in the morning! Soccer season just started a few weeks ago, and today was John and Grayson's second games!

Both Grayson and John's soccer teams won their games, causing both boys to be very excited and happy for the day!

And then at noon, Blakelyn and Paisley both had a dance recital which both girls did a wonderful job and can't wait for their winter recital!

After the recital, PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all get some frozen yoghurt to celebrate the accomplishments of the day!

Once home, PK and Mike want to give the kids an actual lunch instead of just frozen yogurt and candy!

PK is making sandwiches for the older five kids while Mike is making some purée baby food for Addelyn, Wiley and Weston.

"Ensy! Gray! Paisy! Blakey and JJ! Come here! Lunch is all done!" PK says calling for the five older kids!

*John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston's outfits*

Ensley, Grayson, Paisley, Blakelyn and John all happily run over to the dining room table and they all sit down!

Already sitting on the dining room table is bottles of water and sippy cups of water for the five of them!

One by one, PK brings over Ensley, Grayson, Paisley, Blakelyn and John's sandwiches over!

"Thank you, Daddy!" John, Blakelyn, Paisley and Grayson all say in unison to PK.

"Fank you, Daddy!" Ensley says with a big cheeky smile.

"You're welcome! Look, Papa got all of us a sweet but healthy treat for us! Mmmm!" PK says as John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley all cheer!

"I want you all to eat most of your lunches before you take a piece of the sweet treat though, okay?" PK says to John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley.

"Okay, Daddy!" John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley all say in unison with big cheeky smiles.

PK and Mike both want to make sure that the kids eat their meals, especially if the food is healthy. However, PK and Mike don't want to make the kids eat their whole meal if they don't want to, they both want the kids to learn their bodies and not stuff themselves.

PK and Mike then pick up Addelyn, Wiley and Weston and they put them in their highchairs.

"Nom nom nom!" Weston yells with a big cheeky smile.

"Noooooooooom!" Addelyn says as she giggles and smiles.

"Baaa baaaaa!" Wiley says as he smiles and claps his hands.

"Papa is bringing you guys your food! Yay! Yay! Yay!" PK says in a babyfied voice, causing Addelyn, Wiley and Weston to all cheer and smile at him.

Mike then brings over Addelyn, Wiley and Weston's plates of food over and the triplets begin to eat their lunch with John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley!

"Don't feed Beau and Poppy, guys. I just fed them their lunch, okay?" Mike says to all eight of the kids.

"Okay, Papa!" John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley all say in unison to Mike with big smiles.

"Yaaaa, Papa!" Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all say in unison to Mike and throw food down on the floor anyway for the dogs.

PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all enjoy eating their lunches together!

After lunch, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley all happily go outside with Beau and Poppy and play while the triplets play with their toys in the living room!

Mike and PK are currently cleaning up the kitchen and living room from making lunch.

"Hey babe! Looks like we have some new neighbors two doors down from us!" PK says as he looks out the window, seeing a few kids playing outside with a mom watching them.

"Finally! That house hasn't had anyone living in it for a while now!" Mike says with a smile at PK.

"Do you wanna go visit them and just say hello? Just introduce ourselves and the kids!" PK says to Mike and Mike nods.

"Sure! That would be nice to do that! I wonder if she is a single mom?" Mike asks PK, wondering about the new neighbor.

"Maybe! We love a single mom who works two jobs!" PK says, singing the infamous Reba song, making Mike laugh and smile.

"You are a mess, babe! Maybe her husband is in the military or something." Mike says to PK.

"Maybe! That could be it too! Well, we will find out when we meet her and the kids! Looks like she has a few kids that are our kids ages too!" PK says happily and Mike smiles.

"More friends!" Mike says playfully to PK and PK smiles at him before giving him a sweet kiss.

After cleaning the kitchen and dining room from lunch, PK goes outside to talk to John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley while Mike gets the triplets in their stroller.

"Come on guys! Let's go two doors down and meet our new neighbors!" PK says with a big smile John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley.

"We have new neighbors? Wow!" Blakelyn asks PK as she gets excited.

"New neighbors! We just got new neighbors a while ago!" Paisley says as she smiles at PK.

"Yes! New neighbors! And well, our neighborhood is growing! It looks like a mom and some kids!" PK says to John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley.

"Oooo! New friends! I love making new friends!" John says as he smiles and gets excited.

"Me too!" Grayson says as he runs around gets very excited.

"YAY! New fwriends!" Ensley says as she jumps up and down with excitement.

"Well, let's wash our hands off and head over to visit our new neighbors!" PK says happily to John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley.

PK, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley all walk in the house and they all wash their hands in the kitchen sink, since they are all dirty from playing outside!

John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley then get freshened up to meet new friends!

"Y'all ready to go?" Mike asks PK, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson and Ensley as he smiles at the six of them.

"YEAH!" Ensley and Grayson both say in unison as they run over to Mike and help him push the triple stroller.

"Ba ba baaaaaaa!" Addelyn says loudly as she plays with her hair bow and ultimately takes it off.

"Ba ba baa beeee!" Wiley says as he plays with his small toy he always plays with.

"Beeee beeee!" Weston says with excitement as he giggles.

"YES, PAPA!" Grayson, Blakelyn, Paisley and John all say in unison with big smiles on their faces.

"Are you ready, babe?" Mike asks PK and PK happily nods.

"Yup! I'm ready! Let's go!" PK says with a smile.

Mike and Grayson push the triple stroller while PK holds Ensley and Blakelyn's hands and John is holding Paisley's hand.

"Daddy, can I ring the door bell?" Paisley asks PK with a humungous smile.

"Sure, Paisy! Just ring the door bell one time!" PK says as he, Blakelyn, Ensley, Mike, Grayson, Addelyn, Wiley, Weston, John and Paisley all walk over to the front yard!

Paisley let's go of John's hand and she happily rings the doorbell.

"MOM! Somebody is at the door!" A older boy yells inside the house.

"Okay, Carst! I'll go get it! Thank you for not answering it!" A woman says as she walks over to the front door and opens it.

"Hello!" The young lady says with a grin at PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley,

"Hi! I'm PK Creedon-Van Reekum and this is my husband Mike and our eight kids! We live just two doors down from you and we just wanted to welcome you and your kids into our neighborhood!" PK says happily and Mike smiles at the young lady that is standing in front of them.

"Hello! I'm Carrah Hollins! It is nice to meet you all! Come on in, make yourselves at home!" Carrah says happily to PK, Mike and the kids.

Carrah, PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all walk into the house!

"Kids! These are our neighbors who lived two houses down from us! This is PK and this is Mike!" Carrah says to her eight children and all of the children wave at PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston.

PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all happily wave back at Carrah's eight kids!

"These are my kiddos! This is Colton, he is 8! This is Carston, he is 7! This is my daughter Cannan and her twin brother, Callahan! They are 5! This is Cate, she is 3! And finally, these are my triplets, Cade, Cambrie and Crew and they are 2!" Carrah sags introducing her kids one by one.

"Hi!" Colton, Carston, Cannan, Callahan, Cate, Cade, Cambrie and Crew all say at PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston.

"Oh my gosh! We have twins and triplets too!" PK says as he smiles ear to ear at Carrah.

"Really? That is really cool! I never met another family with twins and triplets!" Carrah says with a happy giggle. 

"These are our kids! This is John! He is 8! These are our twin girls, Blakelyn and Paisley and they are 5! This is Grayson! He is 3! This is Ensley and she is going to be two in October! And finally, these are our triplets, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston and they will be one year olds in November!" Mike says, introducing the kids to Carrah and her eight kids!

"You guys can all go play and have fun! Make yourselves at home!" Carrah says to John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston.

John, Colton and Carston all go upstairs to play video games, Blakelyn, Paisley, Cannan and Callahan all go upstairs to Cannan and Callahan's bedroom and Cate, Grayson, Ensley, Cade, Cambrie and Crew all play on the playroom!

Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all happily watch a cartoon on TV while Carrah, Mike and PK all sit together and talk.

"Thank you guys so much for coming over and saying hello! Only you guys and the neighbors across from you guys have introduced themselves to us so far!" Carrah says to PK and Mike.

"Of course! This house has been empty for a few months and we would always look out to see if someone moved in!" PK says causing Carrah to laugh.

"My kids wanted to just walk up to other peoples yards and say hello, I'm like no, you can't do that!" Carrah says, causing PK and Mike to both chuckle.

"Yeah, a lot of the people in this neighborhood are older couples but they are very nice! But I think more families are moving here now due to the nice houses and neighborhoods." PK says and Carrah smiles.

"I'm glad about that! My kids really deserve a nice neighborhood and lots of friends in the neighborhood too! Our old neighborhood didn't have many families." Carrah says to PK and Mike.

"That's what made us like this neighborhood! We moved when our twins were babies!" PK says to Carrah as Wiley crawls over to him and PK sits him in his lap.

"And was the other couple you met, Angela and CR?" Mike asks Carrah and she happily nods.

"Yes! Yes! That's them! They are very nice! They homeschool their kids and I don't have any interest in doing that! I did that during the Covid lockdown and it was soooo hard! I signed all of my kids up at the elementary school or the preschool in this area! Are the schools around here good?" Carrah asks PK and Mike.

"Yes! The schools around here are AMAZING! We have had many great experiences with both the preschool and the elementary school here!" PK says with a cheeky grin.

"What school does your kids go to? Maybe our kids go to the same school!" Carrah asks PK and Mike.

"Hermosa Vista Elementary School! There are two elementary schools in the district I think!" PK says as he looks at Mike for help.

"That's the school my four oldest will go! Oh I'm so glad they will know your three oldest before going!" Carrah says and PK smiles.

"Yes, Hermosa Vista Elementary School and Hermosa View Elementary School are the two elementary schools! Then there is the big middle school is Hermosa Valley Middle School. And finally there are two high schools, Redondo Union High School or Mira Costa High School depending on where you live. In this neighborhood, you go to Mira Costa." Mike explains to Carrah and Carrah smiles.

"Sounds good! In our last neighborhood, all of the schools around us were big private schools and it was so expensive to send the kids there!" Carrah says to PK and Mike.

"Oh man, that really stinks!" Mike says as Wiley crawls over to his lap.

"I know! It was so costly." Carrah says to Mike as she sips on her coffee.

"Oh and Grayson and Ensley go to La Marina Preschool!" PK says causing Carrah to get very excited.

"Oh good! That's where I signed up Cate, Cade, Crew and Cambrie!" Carrah says with a big smile.

"Aw fun! All of our kids will be in school together! Well, our triplets aren't school aged yet!" PK says as he chuckles.

"I'm glad they will have some friends before they start school next week. We are new to this area and everything is so new to them." Carrah says to PK and Mike.

"You got your hands full with eight kids!" Mike says playfully to Carrah and Carrah nods.

"I do, I do! I wouldn't have any other way honestly! I always wanted a big family and I have it. However, I just divorced my husband and the nine of us moved across the state, so this is a fresh start for us." Carrah says to PK and Mike.

"Oh my goodness, I am so sorry to hear that!" PK says with a little frown at Carrah.

"It's okay! It was for the best. It wasn't a healthy marriage at all and he wasn't even a dad to the kids. It's sad that none of my kids ask for their dad. I never thought I would be a single mom of 8 but here I am. I just happy to be out of that mess." Carrah says with a slight frown.

"I am so  sorry about that. You got this and if you ever need anything, you can ask PK or myself." Mike says and PK nods in agreement.

"Absolutely! We are here to help! We are a big family as well, so we understand!" PK says to Carrah. 

"Thank you so much. It means a lot." Carrah says as she hugs PK and Mike and they both hug back.

Carrah, PK and Mike all talk and hangout while John, Colton, Carston, Blakelyn, Paisley, Cannan, Callahan, Grayson, Ensley, Cade, Cambrie and Crew all play!

PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston enjoyed meeting their new neighbors aka their new friends! :)
