*PK, Mike and their children go to the White House to witness the signing of the Respect for Marriage Act! And Joe and Jill having a toddler and Kamala and Doug having children will make ZERO sense unless you read those books but that's okay, fanfic worlds can collide and be just fine ☺️ Enjoy! PK and Mike were given the opportunity of a lifetime by their friend Charles to come to Washington DC to witness President Joe Biden sign the Respect for Marriage Act!

PK and Mike immediately booked a flight from California to DC for their whole family! Luckily Charles was able to get the kids into the event as well, so they can all be apart of this historic event!

PK and Mike couldn't miss this event for anything and they were so happy that their kids can witness history as well as go to the White House, something a lot of people do not get to experience!

"WOAH! Dats the White House!" Ensley says with excitement as she looks out the van window.

"WOAH!" Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all say in unison as the trio gets excited for the historic afternoon.

"Yup! There it is!" PK says with a grin as he films the kids to make a video for memories and for YouTube!

"WOW! It's soooo big in person!" Paisley says as she kicks her legs happily.

"Why is it called the White House?" Grayson asks out loud.

"Because it's white and it's the president's house!" Blakelyn says, causing everyone to laugh.

"We need a really big house like that, Daddy and Papa!" Paisley says to PK and Mike.

"We do, don't we? Our house is very big though!" PK says as he smiles at Mike and Mike smiles back at him.

"Baa baa." Lainey coos in her car seat as she looks up at Mike and PK and smiles big.

"Are you excited, baby girl? Yeah!" PK says in a babyfied voice at Lainey.

"Lainey cited!" Wiley says happily as he claps his hands.

"She sure is! Are y'all excited too?"  PK says as he asks the kids and vlogs them some more.

"YES!" John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all say in unison with big smiles on their faces.

"We are almost there! This is getting so exciting!" PK says as the kids continue to look out the window, looking at Washington DC, a scene they never seen before since all of the kids were born and raised in California!

"Yay!" Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all say in unison.

"Aaaaaa!" Lainey screeches happily, kicking her feet.

"Are we going in da White House?" Blakelyn asks OK and Mike.

"Yeah! I wanna go inside!" Paisley says with a grin.

"We will! But first, we are going to be standing outside on the South Lawn and watch President Biden sign this very important and history making bill into law." Mike explains to the kids.

"What's the bill that is being signed?" John asks Mike and PK curiously.

"This bill is called the Respect for Marriage act and it makes marriage equality federal law, meaning all fifty states have to follow it! It protects same sex marriage like Papa and I's as well as interracial marriages. These marriages will be protected in all states! So even if they ban people getting married in the state, the marriages that already happened will still be protected." PK explains to John and the rest of the kids.

"That's silly to not let everybody get married!" Blakelyn says, not fully understanding the political climate the country is in right now and PK and Mike hope she and her siblings don't just yet.

"Yeah, is really dumb because people will get married to whoever they love anyway!" John says, annoyed that families like his are hated by certain people.

"It is, but some people don't "agree" with it. One day, everyone will agree and approve of it. But not right now sadly." PK says, holding Mike's hand and squeezing it.

PK, Lainey, Weston, John, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Paisley, Blakelyn, Mike and Wiley are now all standing on the South Lawn with the many other guests and they are patiently waiting for the bill signing ceremony to start.

A man and a lady come out to walk the first dog, Comamnder, causing the kids to get excited

"Wook, Daddy! A doggy!" Addelyn says as she twirls around happily.

"HI, DOGGY!" Wiley yells loudly.

"Awwww!" Ensley, Grayson, Blakelyn and Paisley all say in unison as they watch Commander walk around.

"Aww! That's the President and First Lady's dog, Commander!" PK says as he vlogs a clip of the kids and Commander.

"He's sooooooo cute!" Blakelyn and Paisley both say in unison with big grins.

"I pet him!" Weston says to PK and Mike.

"No, he's being walked right now! He is just saying hello to all of us!" PK says to the kids.

Lainey begins to fuss a little in her stroller so Mike picks her up and holds her close, causing her to instantly calm down.

PK and Mike film and take pictures of President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris talking and the kids watching on proudly.

After the bill signing ceremony on the South Lawn, Charles and another friend of PK and Mike's Steve gave the whole Creedon-Van Reekum family a small tour of the White House!

"Isn't this place amazing, guys? The White House is such an incredible place! It's called the people's house!" Charles says to the kids as he smiles at him.

"Yeah!" Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley and Addelyn all say in unison.

"It's AWESOME!" John says as he looks around, taking im everything that is the White House.

"Da twrees!" Wiley says, jumping up and down in excitement as he looks up at PK.

"Lots of Christmas trees! So pretty!" PK says to Wiley happily as he holds his hand.

"Daddy! Wook at the kitty!" Weston says as he runs over to PK and pointing at an art piece of Willow Biden.

"Yeah! That art piece is of the Biden's cat, Willow! And see, they have one for Commander the dog too!" PK says to Wiley and Weston.

Charles, PK, Mike, John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all continue to walk around the White House.

Just then, two toddlers are heard giggling loudly and running around.

"Wook at da babies!" Addelyn ways to PK and Mike.

"Aww! Hi, babies!" Blakelyn and Paisley both say in unison as they wave at the two toddlers.

"Hi, babies!" Ensley says as giggles.

"That's Jacob and Devi! Remember we saw them on stage? Jacob is President Biden and Jill Biden's son and Devi is Vice President Harris and Second Gentleman Emhoff's son!" PK says to the kids.

"Aaaa!" Devi yells, acting like a dinosaur.

"Baaaa!" Jacob yells back as he acts like a dinosaur too.

"Devi and Jacob! Come back here!" Vice President Kamala Harris says as she holds Ivy in her arms.

"Ba ba ba!" Ivy babbles loudly, causing her mom Kamala to chuckle.

"I hear you talking! Tell Devi and Jacob to come here!" Kamala says to Ivy and Ivy babbles some more.

President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden and Second Gentlemen Doug Emhoff follow Kamala and Ivy close behind.

Devi happily runs over to Kamala and hugs her leg while Jacob runs over to his Mama Jill. Jill picks up Jacob and holds him close.

PK and Mike try to stay cool and collected and not become starstruck as the first and second families of the United States walk over to their family to say hello, something that is a chance of the lifetime.

"HI, PRESIDENTS!" Ensley says, causing Joe, Jill, Kamala and Doug to chuckle.

PK grabs his iPhone out and begins to film this moment for the whole family to look back on, meting the President, Vice President, First Lady and Second Gentleman of the United States.

"They aren't all presidents, Ensley! Silly girl!" Mike says, trying to not blush and get nervous.

"Hello! Welcome to the White House! I hope all of you are having a great time!" Jill says waving her arm with excitement, managing to do that and hold a toddler.

"Welcome and thank you so much for joining us in the bill signing of the Respect For Marriage Act today. Families like yours make this country diverse and wonderful." Joe says, shaking both PK and Mike's hands.

"Thank you for continuing to fight for families like ours and for the LGBT community. We are forever thankful. Oh and I'm Patrick, but everyone calls me PK and this is my husband Mike." PK says with a little bit of nervousness.

"Hello! It is such an honor to be here with my husband and our nine children. A day we will never forget." Mike says as Lainey smiles at Joe, Jill, Kamala and Doug.

PK isn't usually a nervous person, but anyone would be nervous in this situation.

"What a beautiful family! We are sorry about our rambunctious toddlers! These two boys keep all of us active and busy now a days!" Kamala says, making PK and Mike both laugh.

"It's totally okay! We are have four toddlers of our own! We completely understand!" PK says as Wiley and Weston stay close to him, acting shy.

"Hi!" Devi and Jacob both say in unison to John, Blakelyn, Paisley, Grayson, Ensley, Addelyn, Wiley and Weston.

"Aww, are you two saying hello? That was very nice!" Jill says as she smiles at Jacob and Devi.

Addelyn stand close to Mike, hiding her face a little bit. Mike rubs her back and Addelyn moves up so she is seen more but still acts shy.

"What are your names? I'm Doug, also known as the Second Gentleman. I'm married to Vice President Kamala Harris, so the bill that President Biden signed effects our marriage and family just like your dads' marriage and your family! All protected by the law just like it's suppose to be." Doug says with a grin at the kids

"My name is John!" John says proudly and confidently.

"I'm Paisley, Blakelyn's twin!" Paisley says with a wave.

"I'm Blakelyn, Paisley's twin! And our Papa is holding baby Lainey!" Blakelyn says pointing at herself and then at Lainey.

"I'm Ensley!" Ensley says as she twirls and dances.

"My name is Grayson!" Grayson says with a smile.

Addelyn, Wiley and Weston don't say their names due to being shy, so PK does it for them.

"This is Addelyn! This is Weston and this is Wiley! They are triplets!" PK says as Addelyn, Wiley and Weston all smile and wave shyly.

"How old are the kids? You two seem very busy and happy! All of the children are so well behaved." Jill complements PK and Mike causing the both of them to feel like proud parents.

"Thank you. PK and I try our hardest." Mike says as PK smiles with a nod.

"The kids ages are nine, six, six, four, three, two, two, two and four months! We are very busy but we wouldn't have it any other way!" PK says, pointing to each child as he states their age.

PK, Mike and the kids continue to talk the President, First Lady, Vice President and Second Gentleman, getting to know the most famous four public figures in the country.

PK and Mike take many pictures of the kids with President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff before they continue their tour of the White House!

From being on the steps of the Supreme Court of the United States with my mom, dad, and sister in 2013 when the Defense of Marriage Act was struck down, paving the way for marriage equality - to today, at the White House with my HUSBAND and NINE children, witnessing history as President Biden signed the Respect for Marriage Act into LAW! I pray Obergefell isn't over turned by SCOTUS but if it is, our marriage will now FOREVER be recognized in EVERY state. Our marriage is officially protected under federal law. 😭🥺 When our friend @coco_cornell texted us with the invite on Sunday, we immediately booked our flights. We couldn't and wouldn't miss this for the world. So fortunate to have been at the White House to witness this historic moment for our community, for each other. BRB still crying. What a chance of a lifetime! Meeting the President and First Lady! @potus and @flotus were so patient when the kids were adamant about having their own pictures with them instead of one group picture but we did get a group picture too! 😂 Such a memorable day for our whole family! ❤️

Another chance of a lifetime! Meeting the Vice President, The FIRST ever women Vice President and the first ever Second Gentleman! Yes, the kids wanted and did separate pictures with the Vice President and Second Gentleman too, but the group picture is my favorite and I had to share it! I'll post the separate pictures soon! ❤️🥰
