What the Hades ??

Wait... Let's step back a bit...

I was there fighting a hellhound. A mortal girl suddenly join the fight and got hurt. I guess she is one of those like my mom.

I take her to the hospital. Waiting... Taking care of her... I don't know why I did that. I just feel something strange holding me back beside her...

We work together perfectly. She have a good sword fighting skill and strong. She also a really good strategist, the way she analyzed the hound's move. I'm there just starring at her between moments. Then she was caught of guard and got hurt. I uses that moment to finish it off.
Then we're here...

After an hour of taking care of her, She wake and we talk for a bit... She was my age. She is smart, caring and kind... I think I was blushing... Anyway, She only have ADHD. She is on the run since 8. Her name is Annabeth. Dare...

No wait... My blurry ears didn't work right... It's Chase, not Dare... Dare just the last name of my best friend, 'till now. I thought of it first for some reason...

I think of Rachel. She won't mind if I left Camp  for too long. I told her the story of my live. Greek, Demigods, Camp,... Everything... I trust those eyes. Those grey eyes are warm,reliable, beautiful and attractive.

As we were talking, a paper flew in from the open window.

I ruffles the back of my neck, sense the nervous building up fast. She has finished her paper, and currently, blushing... Her blushing face is so cute!! I felt my face got hotter.

"What do ya got there, Seaweed Brain ?" She break the awkward silence. There is something in her voice seem not right.

"Just something random..." I lied. What can you say? I'm nervous and my brain isn't doing it job! "And yours ?"

"Ah... Nothing..." The not-right is still in her voice. "

"Annabeth, I need to tell you something..." I have to gathered all my will to say what I need to.

"Okey, I'm listening." She tried to sound calm.

"Hmm... Nah... just read this." My will flee out the window.

I gave her 2 pieces of paper. She read and we fall in silence again but longer. I suddenly interested with my shoe while she fiddling the paper. When I decided that that silence must be stop...

"Hey now..."
"I like you too." She mumbled, cut my sentence, clearly blushing.

"What ?" I was surprised

"Ya heard me. I like you." She said then kiss my cheek. I can feel the spot got warmer. She retreats back to her bed, also blushing.

"When I first saw you fighting that hellhound, I can feel something strange blaze up my stomach. I felt like I wanna fight beside you. You, a complete stranger, is the only one I felt that way. Not even Thalia can make me feel like that. And so I join the fight." She finished. I was listening astonished by what I heard. I kinda have the same thing...

"Yeah..." I mumble back, digesting the feeling she just spilled out. "And me. When I saw you hurt, I felt hurt too. I have never felt that feeling for others. So, I care for you more than other. You, a complete stranger, can make me feel your hurt. I took you here and while I was wanting, I have a feeling that you are the one. The real important one in my live. Weird, yeah ?" I said when it's my turn to compress. The whole thing she just listen and raise her eyebrows a few time.

The next few minutes, we just sit there starring at each other. Her grey eyes sparkle in afternoon light. The room was filled with comfortable silence. I move in and sit next to her. Her head lean on to my shoulders, ours hand intertwined.

"So... Let make this official. Annabeth...will you be my girlfriend and possibly, the love of my live ?" I said what I needed to... Finally

She look up at me in amazed. "Too soon ?" I asked.

"Well... Aphrodite said it for me... But me... YES ! Definitely Yes !" She brought her lips to mine. I started to melt and the universe is covered by Nyx after a second (not literally, but it would be cool if it is right 😝😝). Every thing fade away, leaving them alone together...

Well now... I've updated after... 3 weeks of silence... I have been working on The Maze Runners and manages to survive the stressful schoolwork... It left me with not much free time and inspiration... So yeah... I'm bad...
