An RKO of Godly Levels - (Percabeth)

Third-person POV:

Percy was already asleep despite the early hour. The past couple of days between school, homework, not disappointing Athena (not an easy job for him), his college application (because Zeus/Jupiter wants him to get into New Rome University, the official way), and work work, both demigod and mortal, were draining him. The only good thing that happened was that Annabeth moved in this week and would start school next week at Goode, which only irritated Percy a little, as he was now a student at AHS because of his aunt kidnapping him last winter, which he almost went to Olympus to fight his aunt about and call her a bitch, if it weren't for his favorite Aunt Hestia appearing and stopping him from doing so.

Paul hit the sack early, as Goode was starting in a couple of days, and he has numerous administrative meetings and a classroom to get ready before the school year started. This left Sally and Annabeth awake in the apartment and talking about random things, as they'd already talked about most things, including Sally's new book.

"I'm heading to my room for bed, Sally," Annabeth said, getting off the couch and heading to the guestroom.

"Annabeth, why are you heading to the guest bedroom and calling it your room?" Sally asked her. Sally was already well aware of Percy's and Annabeth's continuous nightmares and roughly what they were of and about. Plus, she trusted her son and Annabeth, much more than any other parent of teenagers, to not do what most parents would assume two teenagers would do in a room together.

"Because," Annabeth started to defend, but her tone didn't convey she was happy about the reason she was about to use just one word.

"No. No, dear." Sally said in a motherly yet authoritative tone as she knew Annabeth would cite her mother for her reason for heading to the guest bedroom. " Screw your dam mother and go to your room," Sally finished, not even pointing at a room.

Annabeth put her head down, as there was one thing she always found hard to do and one thing she didn't want to do: defying her mother and upsetting Sally. Even though Sally was not upset with Annabeth, Annabeth had trouble distinguishing that due to her numerous years at camp and having run away at the age of 7. "Yes, Sally," Annabeth said, heading to Percy's room.

"You," Athena said upon teleporting into Sally's living room, only to shut up as the mortal woman grabbed her around the neck and promptly gave her an RKO through her coffee table.

This caused Percy to wake up and groggily ask what was happening and for Annabeth to turn around to see the aftermath of what happened.

"shhhhhhhh, everything is fine, kids," Sally told a shocked Annabeth and a very tired Percy, "Just had to take care of a goddess real quick."

"You RKOed a goddess," Annabeth muttered, shocked as Athena was knocked out on the floor.

"Yes. Yes, I did. Now, both of you go to sleep. You have school shortly, and Percy has school tomorrow," Sally said as she watched her son and future daughter-in-law head to bed. Once they were settled back in and off to sleep, Sally grabbed the goddess and dragged her outside to place with the trash, only to go back inside and take the broken coffee table out next.
